Final verdict: I'm convinced everyone is wearing these as some kind of fashion choice because I did not see a difference after using them.They adhere okay but it's really nothing special. The packaging is quite cheap and the patches are obviously visible.Not sure what else there is to say really. Standard product and what you'd expect
