This storage bag is certainly large enough to store all of my cashmere jumpers. We live in an area of the country where carpet moths are commonplace. I thought I still had 2 left that had escaped the ravage of the case-bearing clothes moths that plague us every year. I checked them both again last week and unfortunately found some of those heartbreaking white cases stuck to one of my jumpers, along with some new holes that weren’t there the last time that I wore it. Gutted! So now I need to protect my last remaining cashmere hoodie. I really hope this storage bag really is moth-proof, but this will take months of monitoring before I know the answer.Until recently, I actually thought moths would eat through cotton, as I thought they liked all natural materials. After doing some research, I found that cotton is usually a pretty safe bet. It turns out that moth larvae prefer to munch on natural fibres from an animal origin rather, such as wool, leather, silk and fur, rather than a plant-based source such as cotton. They might only be attracted to cotton if it has any food or sweat stains left on when you pack it away. Before you do pack away your winter woollies, if you place them inside a plastic bag in the freezer, it should ensure that any moth larvae that might be hidden on your clothing doesn’t survive. Once your items are defrosted, and totally dry, put them inside this bag, and they should remain intact.This bag is really beautifully made, and has some of the neatest stitching I've seen in a very long time. The edges are rounded, and stitched with a matching white cotton piping. Inside, all the raw edges are neatly overlocked. The cotton feels crisp, and tightly woven to prevent moths from entering. The fine transparent organza panel on the front goes right down to the base, so you can see all the different layers of what you’ve packed inside at a glance. The bag opens really wide, with the zip opening all the way along the top, and down one whole side.The only thing that seemed strange was to put a real leather zipper-pull onto the bag, as I thought that surely it would attract the moths right up to your storage bag. I'll have to keep an eye on this, but the leather zipper pull is actually easily detachable, and needs to be removed anyway before you wash the bag. The bag is machine washable at 30 degrees C, and can be both tumble dried and ironed on a low heat setting. There is a small D-ring attached to the zip, which I found was large enough to put the hook of a clothes hanger through. As the bag is flexible and soft, and unfortunately I only have 1 jumper left that I want to protect, I just popped my jumper inside and hang the whole bag up on a hanger on the rail. I think this bag would easily hold 8 to 10 jumpers, and it allows any clothes you store inside a chance to breath, and not become musty smelling. This is definitely a great quality item, which I’m hoping will be the saviour of my lone cashmere hoodie.

Soft cotton style organiser for clothes and/or blankets to organise and store. I love how it's moth proof and how it's clean looking by being white in colour. Zipper is strong and the staircase is durable for long term use and holds a good weight of materials. and Will re purchase more to store in cupboards or under bed.

This storage bag arrived neatly presented in a plastic bag with a cardboard information card. The cotton storage bag measures 50.8cm in length x 38.1cm in width with a depth of 16.5cm so is a good size which can accommodate about 9 lightweight knit jumpers or 5 heavyweight knit jumpers. Alternatively, it can be used to blankets (2 thick ones or 5 thin ones). Although the storage bag isn’t free standing it is structured enough to hold its shape well, particularly when there are items of clothing inside.Upon opening you can tell this storage bag is premium. It is made from 100% certified organic cotton with a 238 thread count which offers durability as well as breathability. The white coloured fabric is nicely soft so will not negatively impact on precious items of clothing and is extremely well finished with neat stitching and obvious attention to detail. However, I do worry that the white could pick up dirt / stain whilst travelling so personally this will mostly be kept in my wardrobe.The storage bag features an organza panel on the side to allow easy identification of the items of clothing inside and has a lovely branded leather zip pull which has been embossed with the brand’s logo. The zip closure works well and moves smoothly / feels sturdy but note that with this storage bag that it only opens on two of the sides and not the entire way round making it a little more awkward to place your clothing neatly inside. It also has a large logo panel on the front of the bag in gold and the edges have neat structured piping without any sign of loose threads – it really does exude luxury.This elegant storage bag is designed in England and handmade in India in small batches. The storage bags are also a sustainable option as they are carbon neutral too. It does state that the storage bag is machine washable on a cool setting (30°C) but do remember to remove the leather zip pull before doing this. Priced at £20 at the time of reviewing, this is quite pricey for a clothing storage bag but the quality is excellent and it is the perfect bag for your most precious items of clothing, particularly if they are made from delicate fabrics or are at risk of being attacked by unwanted pests.

I really liked the material and found it to be of good quality and easy to store my blankets in the wardrobe. It is a versatile product and can be used for different purposes. I'm very pleased with the size, the zipper works great, it fits well in my wardrobe and I would recommend it.

High quality well-made garment bag
This is my first Hayden Hill product and the quality of this garment storage bag is impressive. The certified organic cotton material is thick, extremely soft and smooth to touch and it feels very well-made. The product in person accurately reflects the listing photos and looks identical.I use this to store a high-end queen-sized linen set that is heavy and thick. The bag had no issue handling the weight and the size fit perfectly. The seams showed no stress when picking it up to move from room to room. The side of the bag has an organza window for easily viewing the contents. I have no doubt this will last for a very long time if cared for properly.Overall this is a five star product however I gave it four starts for two reasons: I prefer garment bags that have a frame and can hold their shape when stacked but that’s a personal preference and also because though the listing advises it protects from moisture I can only see it providing mild protection. Any direct water exposure would penetrate the bag and damage the clothing.Other than that though this is a really high quality and worth-while investment for a garment bag if you don’t need full water-proof protection.

Quality Beyond Description & Comparison
I had originally written a much longer review about this product attempting to do the impossible & that was to describe Quality. There's a dictionary definition but not a description. My original review just kept getting longer & longer because of the high quality of this product. It really is THAT good.I am ALWAYS looking for a good storage bag but have found the good ones cost prohibitive. This storage bag leaves a "good storage bag" in the dust! As already mentioned this product oozes quality. Everything around & about it does too. Just take a proper look at the Description page. It's what every Description page should aim to be.The product, this storage bag is what every storage bag should aim to be. It's beautiful - in every way imaginable. Its purpose - To store items that are fragile, costly, sentimental, &/or seasonal in nature; what it's made from - 100% organic cotton; How it's made - By hand; Where it's made - In Southern India; Who it benefits - it's a philanthropic partner to 1 % For the Planet which is a charitable organization. It also benefits the planet by ALL their products being Carbon Neutral. It also supports an orphanage in Karur, South India. I could go on but I would suggest you feast your eyes on their top quality Description page.Finally, the fact that this product costs $30 (THIRTY!) ... for a 20 inch Sweater & Blanket Bag that can hold up to 9 (NINE!) sweaters or 2 blankets, that's hand made from 100 % Organic Cotton that protects your most precious articles of clothing or linens from dust, moisture, moths, that has a see-through organza panel that allows you to see what's inside, a top quality zipper with a sturdy pull attached so no fumbling around trying to find the pull end of the zipper. Yeah, see what I mean about the review just getting longer & longer. Lol!Bottom Line: If you're looking for a storage bag then THIS would be the one to purchase. If you're looking for other storage solutions including storage bags of other sizes then THIS, (Hayden Hill) would be the company to purchase it from, & at the time of this writing, with only 7 (SEVEN!) left in stock, NOW would be the time! Good for storing linens
This organic cotton bag is spacious and well constructed. I am using it to store linen sets that we need only seasonally, as it is not waterproof as the listing claims. The original reason I ordered it was to store natural fibre yarns for my knitting, but my storage for those needs to be watertight. I do like the storage bag - it fits several sweaters or sheet sets. The seams are tight and the zipper is good quality. I would say you can get 3-5 heavy knit sweaters in here, or 6-9 light knits. I like that I can see what is in the bag via the window.As far as moth proof - I would say this will provide some protection from moths, but if you want real, long term moth protection, you need heavy plastic that seals. Personally, I would still put cashmere or wool sweaters into a large ziplock type storage bag, and then put that into this bag.
