This headset is really good for the price you pay. My favourite feature is the Bluetooth setting that allows you to connect the headset to your phone which is unique if you’re playing games on your phone. Highly recommend if you’re into that. Sound quality is great too different modes which allows you to adjust it to your liking.

The product arrived in the 16 of august and had worked fine up until the 20th of September where swarm 2 an app you need to use the headset automatically updated the headset and the transmitter after this update they have broken the headset as the transmitter will only say connected to a pc when plugged into Xbox the issue with this if you ever even read this? Is that as the headset is specifically designed for Xbox is doesn’t work connected to other platforms the audio will cut out the volume sliders don’t work correctly and there is nothing on tech support about the third party app swarm 2 now there is a way to go onto swarm 2 on a laptop and change deeper setting but that requires a pc or laptop and if you don’t have one your finished so to complete this review stay clear look for something that doesn’t require a transmitter or usb as turtle beach tech support and the seller themselves are both extremely unhelpful I’ve been on some Reddit forums and seen multiple other users having the same issue

This headset for the most part is great, very comfortable, lightweight and the sound quality is fantastic. Unfortunately my fellow gamers say that from their point of view my sound is very very low. Tried altering the mic with no success. Would recommend for the sound quality alone.

Awful bit of kit, already consigned to the bin. These are the third and by far the worst Turtle Beach product I’ve ever bought! Cups made of cheap plastic and make you sweat from the first few seconds. The headband is only adjustable by a piece of elastic which pulls the cups away from your ears. Might as well gaffer-tape two old-style box speakers to your head. A lesson learned, NO MORE TURTLE BEACH!

I am still unable to connect to cbox series x. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It is also a real pain to turn on and off. Will give it another couple of days but looks like I will be returning this.
Glad I finally retired my old headset!
I just got these headphones a couple days ago and I love them! I can pair it with my phone, my daughter can pair it to her switch, the wireless mode with USB is what I use with my Xbox. No connectivity issues unless I walk into the next room with the USB wireless mode, which is to be expected. Bluetooth is crystal clear across my home! I like that the mouthpiece folds into the headset because I have dumb animals that chew on those parts. It also fits my head. I don't have a huge head but I have a bit of a noggin.Sound! The important part! Very clear, plenty loud for me but I'm sure some psychos want their stuff even louder? I don't run them on max, no need to, they block external sound pretty dang good.Im giving these a 10 out of 10. Compared to what some models of these gaming headsets cost, these are a solid build of purpose and functionality! Does all that I need them to do, convenient usb-c charge port, comfortable on the dome, sound amazing, and less thab $100!
