    This LED lamp is a beautifully made replacement for the 194-style incandescent halogen light bulb used in many locations in most modern automobiles. This lamp is a modern interpretation of the light bulb but it is built upon a cylindrical aircraft-grade 6063 aluminum body. The lamp boasts a total of eighteen (18) 3014 SMD LED chips mounted circumferentially around the lamp body. Plus, a single high-power 3030 SMD LED is mounted under a lens on the end of the lamp. This allows the lamp to project a substantial amount of light along the long axis of the lamp to provide additional light where it is often lacking in other similar LED replacement lamps. This LED lamp is extraordinarily well engineered and constructed.This lamp produces substantially more light than is possible with an incandescent halogen light bulb, while at the same time producing much less heat and consuming less power. The lamp produces 2,660 Lumens of light, yet only consumes 5.32 Watts of energy. The light produced is a brilliant 6000K Xenon White light and the 3014 and 3030 SMD LED chips have a known high color rendering index (CRI) value. This lamp may reach a maximum temperature of 90°C while an incandescent halogen bulb in operation will typically reach 160°C. This lamp has a projected 50,000-hour lifespan which is great news considering how difficult some lamps are to replace in today’s automobiles.This LED lamp may be used to replace a number of the smaller bayonet-style incandescent halogen light bulbs used in automobiles, provided that the additional light produced is not an issue. This lamp has the same physical dimensions as the standard 194 light bulb, unlike many of the LED replacement lamps currently on the market. Therefore, this lamp may be used to replace the 194, 168, T10, W5W, 2825, and any other similarly sized incandescent halogen bulbs (provided, once again, that the additional light produced is not an issue). Additionally, this lamp may also be used to replace the physically larger 906, 912, 921, T15, & W16W incandescent halogen bulbs.I chose to order and install this product in my vehicle because there are certain locations where additional light is needed and the projector lens on these lamps allows me to place that light exactly where it is needed. Add to that the color of the light (6000K), the CRI of the 3014 and 3030 LED chips, the low operating temperature (90°C), and the fact that the whole package is no larger than a standard 194 light bulb so that no modification of the light assemblies is necessary, and this was just what I needed.     La qualité de l'ampoule est impressionnante, je n'ai jamais vu aussi bien, et de loin. Si vous en avez assez des led made in china qui scintillent ou claquent rapidement, l'investissement vaut le coup et le coût, surtout si l'emplacement de l'ampoule est difficilement accessible. Certes, il y a des ampoules de qualité de marques premium, mais les lumens ne sont pas au rendez-vous... Ici l'éclairage est très fort (avec une lentille frontale) pour la puissance consommée, et le corps de la lampe devrait bien gérer la chaleur. En veilleuses vous serez bien visible ; la législation n'autorise que la couleur blanche ! même si le bleu serait cool je pense...

    Vraies 5W, très lumineuses avec lentille focalisante, ça éclaire très bien aussi devant.Une des deux lachait toujours assez vite pour mes leds génériques précédentes, cette marque est une des rares à annoncer 50.000h.Elles sont peut-être un poil plus cher, mais la qualité semble bien présente.
