This is a bit of fun - if only in trying to find out how it works. The instructions are awful - physically awful in that the print is tiny, and unintelligibly awful as well. The kit seems to be fairly well made - the microphone is chunky and seems robust. It comes with its own stand and pop-shield. The quality of the sound is good through my own headphones. As far as I can tell the mixer does what it is supposed to do. If you know how to use this sort of kit you will have a head start. Coming to it as a musician and sound recordist/engineer it was hard work. Whether ot not that hard word is worthwhile is still an open question. Finding, unexpectedly, that it was battery powered, charged via USB C was a bonus.

Great kit for a newbie had all the accessories required for someone who wants to delve into podcasting or just general remix/audio recording.The nicer itself works very well haven't had any issues the mic stand itself seems quite sturdy.Audio quality is decent and exactly what someone as a new starter would requireOverall I'm satisfied however if you feel podcasting something you want to take up seriously I would get a better microphone

This is my 1st forage into live recording, blogging and editing recordings.comes with so many accessories, will connect to pc, laptop and mobile.My laptop is a bit old so didnt have an OTG C USB connection but it did connect successfully via bluetooth. The easiest way is to go into settings, bluetooth and search for devices then pair and connect.My samsung 24 connected via OTG easily. There is also an iphone lead in the pack.I messed about with instagram reels that can be remixed, media on my laptop and about to delve into microsoft clipchamp. Of course there are plenty of apps to choose from, many listed in the instructions.The microphone is good quality, lear and sharp recordings. You can even change your voice completely, switch off your own voice in your ear. You can even record your own video games voiceovers.I like the fact this is nice and neat, compact and easy to store in my camper.So enjoy and have fun.I will load more updates with time and experience.

If you're wanting to try a bit of podcast recording or generally experiement with audio then this is a good place to start. You can use it with a computer or phone, so really accessible no matter the device you have.You can't expect amazing audio from a product at this price point. But it is a very good place to start your journey. The kit is nicely designed and presented, but does feel plastic and cheap. Casing isn't everything of course, the tech inside is really what matters. Two microphone inputs is a great feature, making it easier to have two of you talking. You also don't have to use the included microphone so you can always upgrade things as you go and experiment.Don't expect much from the documentation, a lot of this will be figuring things out for yourself. But isn't that part of the fun with a product like this (less so with a bookcase!).If you're just dipping your toe in the water then start here, but be aware that you may well want to upgrade fairly quickly if you're really going for high quality recordings - but the battery power means that maybe this could end up your roaming rig when you get a better setup at home / work.

I) am not sure what to make of this kit. On the one hand, it is great value and has all the features you need to get started podcasting, but on the other, it is cheaply made and the sound quality is not great. I realise that if you want great sound quality, you have to spend £thousands on your mic etc, so you get what you pay for, and I can see this as an ideal starting place for a child or someone who is not that bothered by less that studio quality audio. It is aimed at kids as it is covered in that horrendous RGB lighting that kids like so much (what is that all about kids?), it is easy to set up and performs as you would expect. I have awarded 4 stars, as it is on offer, and with the discount applied you can't really moan about the quality issues. A good starting point for budding podcasters on a budget. 4 stars.

Nice gift for teen
I bought this as a graduation gift for my son who was gotten into podcasts and YouTube videos. He is really enjoying it so far. This setup allows him to make good quality recordings easily and upload them online. He's enjoying experimenting with the variety of settings. It's not professional quality but it's a good choice for a hobbyist.

Good for beginners
I really don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to audio mixing so I didn’t want to go all out on big name brands mixers so I figured this would be a good place to start. Easy to set up and the audio sounds good. I’m still learning a lot about mixing and levels but I’m getting the sounds I need and the performance I expect for a device at this price point. Quality is solid, plasticky but has taken several hits already and is still going.
