    I'd personally recommend these, and would buy them again. :)Positives:✅ These are very filling and great to have when on a day out hiking or on a holiday where you don't have much time to stop somewhere.✅ These taste quite good, although I will admit it does take eating a few to get used to the initial texture.✅ After eating one of these, I'd feel full for about 2-3 hours (while I was on holiday)Negatives:❌ They are very, very dry. While you can eat them alone, it's very difficult without having a drink with you to wash it down easier.

    These are just about edible, and they have just over 20g of protein per bar, but you certainly need a drink with them! Very dry, rather like compressed sawdust, and the flavour is far from strong. The carbohydrate level is higher than I would prefer, as is the sugar, but it is not too bad.I love flapjacks, but do not normally eat them due to the nutritional issues. I was hoping that these might be a way around that, but it seems not. I will probably eat the rest armed with a drink rather than waste the money, but I seriously doubt that I will purchase them again. There seems to be a dearth of decent protein bars these days, with all the manufacturers seeming to go down the same road of moving away from the old style bars and into these new flavours and styles which appear to me to be universally poor alternatives to what went before.There are so many things labelled 'protein' these days, from crisps to mars bars, and you have to be really careful as a lot of them are nutritionally very poor.Maybe some people will like these flapjacks, but you would probably have to pay me handsomely before I would buy any more and certainly before I would eat them...

    Ordered variety box. Got different bars in the box than what is advertised. Missing the flavours I actually wanted to try. Trued to contact seller with no joy.Bolo were better and sent replacement however this has arrived with the same selection as the last box not what is advertised on the box and to add to it this time it’s also missing two bars.It must also be said so far Iv tryed 3of these flavours and find them very dry and lacking in flavour. With the overpowering processed protein flavour you get from low quality protein powders just sticking and lingering.On the flavours I received are (my opinion)Salted caramel(this is the worst of the bunch)white chocolate and cranberry (does slightly better but still holds that dry processed protein flavour)double chocolate (probably the best of the ones Iv got, does a bit better at masking the processed protein flavour)Red Velvet brownie (dose not really mask the dryness or protein flavour just attempts to overpower it)peanut butter cup (tastes most natural of the ones Iv got but lacks flavour)Cookies and cream (not the worst but flavour is a bit chemically)I may suffer through some of these but most will likely go in the bin. This biggest problem they have is the dryness of the flapjack. If these were more of a brownie texture I could probably get past the flavour, a bit.
