What is N-Acetyl Cysteine -
N Acetyl Cysteine is one of the 20 amino acids that are the building block of proteins used throughout the body. Cysteine is a non essential amino acid that can be produced naturally by the body.

I've been taking NAC for years and it's one of those supplements that is actually effective in supporting the liver. This supplement is easy to take and doesn't have a strong odour. This supplement is suitable for vegans. The price provides good value for money in my opinion.

NAC N-Acetyl-Cysteine 600mgI've only recently been supplementing with NAC, so it's a little early to report on any real benefits, but i do feel this is a quality option. Simple packaging yes, but the capsules themselves seem good quality, tasteless and easy to swallow. Two months supply for £8.99 is pretty good value for money.I'm looking forward to reporting back with any improvements I notice to my health!

I have been taking NAC capsules for several weeks as I feel they have been a benefit to me personally. Of course, it is up to individuals to decide if they want to take them.The capsules come in a resealable package and there are 120 capsules in the pack, so around two months supply with a serving size of two capsules each day. I like they are the same dose as the brand I am already taking but the capsule size is much smaller and easy to swallow.There was no information on the packet as to best before date or country of manufacture.

This is a pouch containing 120 N-Acetyl-Cysteine or NAC capsules. They are colourless, almost odourless and easy to swallow with no after effects. I think they’re quite good value for money. It’s probably more cost-effective to buy them this way. I find no difference between these and a premium brand product so I would re-purchase these in the future.

I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at under £10. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider, especially at this price.
