I would follow the instructions on the printed paper instructions rather than the box.I also got a negative result despite being coeliac, this is very useful though as it shows I had not been in contact with any gluten recently, and so successfully following my gluten free diet.

Ease of use is 5*. The first part of the test is like a blood glucose test. You prick your finger with a lancet and collect the blood. The second part is like a covid test, you put the blood in a vial of liquid and drop onto a test. The instructions are easy to use. The set includes one piper and two lancets.The reason I have rated this 3* is simply because I am unsure how accurate it is, which makes it hard to review fairly. I ordered the test as two of my immediate family members have celiac disease and I wondered if I also had sensitivity. I have no symptoms of sensitivity so for me this was just a case of being curious, but if you were experiencing issues I would personally request a test via health services to ensure accuracy. Then again this test may light up like a Christmas tree if you are intolerant! At the current price it could be worth a try.

This is an easy test to take, and it just involves taking a small blood sample with the supplied lancet, placing it in a solution bottle and then dropping some of that liquid onto a lateral flow tester that looks exactly like the things we all used during covid. The result comes after a few minutes and is claimed to have a very high accuracy rate. It's recommended that if you think you might have celiac disease, to make sure you don't avoid eating gluten containing food before the test - you want to measure if you have a reaction to it, after all. The test measures the presence of antibodies in the blood.
