I have this rug as an entrance doormat in my motorhome and it's great. It works well to collect any dirt off of shoes. It's a great size, not too big or small. It washed in the washing machine and looks good. Great value for money.

This is a nice doormat, the pile is soft and luxurious and it serves well as an internal threshold for protecting the floor until you get your shoes off. I wanted this for our new log cabin and it does the job well enough. My only complaint is the size provided is a little too small - the cabin doors are double doors so a slightly longer mat would have been preferable and even with a single doorway width it's only just wide enough. Otherwise, it's a nice mat and is suitable for machine washing so should be in service a good while.The price is a bit steep, I think perhaps around £10-12 would be better value.

If you are tired of dirt being brought into your house from outside then a dirt trapper mat is exactly what you need. Most mats of this type have a slightly industrial look and feel, with a very short pile and visible rubber strip around the edge, whereas this mat looks much more like a traditional doormat.The pile, whilst not exactly "plush" is still much thicker than traditional dirt trappers, making it feel much softer underfoot. It still has a rubber backing which prevents water penetrating to your underlying floor/carpet, and which also helps avoid the mat slipping. The pile is quite effective at removing dirt from shoes, and is also quite absorbent so that you tread less water into your house.When the carpet is dirty it can be hoovered, or even thrown in the washing machine if you prefer.Overall it is a good doormat, however it really needs to be a little larger to give a more effective area for wiping your feet, and at the current selling price I feel that it is on the expensive side so one star deducted for value for money.

This is such a great mat, it's soft to the touch and doesn't move around much. The colour is great - very neutral and blends in well by the backdoor.

I was a bit surprised when this arrived, as not only is it very small (I’m sure I ordered larger), but to me, the quality wasn’t that great. In fact some of the edge whipping was already pulled into loops when it arrived, looking very untidy. I spent about forty minutes with a fine crochet hook pulling the loops back into their proper place, but I do feel that it doesn’t bode well for future pulls.Had this been a £10 or £12 doormat I would have been perfectly happy with it, but I have to say it doesn’t feel like a £20 one. The thinness isn’t a problem for me, as this emans that it sits very neatly under pretty much any door, but I had ordered this for my living room French windows, and it does look a bit basic, there. It’s not awful. I don’t mind the woven surface at all, and the knocked-back soft brown looks really nice. But it doesn’t feel like it should be in my living room, or at my front door. This feels like a kitchen rug—so if that’s what you’re looking for, then this may be perfect!It does it’s job of trapping dirt and holding water very well, and though it slips a little, it’s minimal, and it feels solid to walk on—I don’t feel like it may slip beneath my foot.In all, I’d say this is quite a nice kitchen/utility room rug, though to me a little over-priced.

The surface of this mat feels very soft, its really more a soft carpet type mat than something I would describe as a door mat.It is reasonably low pile and its great that it is machine washable. It does still have marks in it from the tape which it arrived bound it but I am hoping in time this will settle, if not we'll try washing it.I do think its quite expensive, given the small size, but that aside it seems well made.

I am using this mat in our porch to the garden. My dogs wipe their feet on the mat as I ask them to go around on the mat a few times when they come in. They have a lot of fun going around on it to clean their paws. It's easy to wash and exceptionally durable. A great mat at a great price.

Flache, strapazierfähige Matte
So wie viele Textilien dieser Art bringt auch die Dexi Fußmatte zunächst einen strengen chemischen Geruch mit. Dieser lüftet sich aber nach einiger Zeit aus.Die Matte selbst es recht flach und trägt nur wenig auf. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist gut, die Nähte sind sauber ausgeführt. Sie ist rutschfest und bleibt zuverlässig an Ort und Stelle.Sie ist ziemlich robust, und so ist auch ihre Anmutung. Das sollte man bedenken, wenn man zum Beispiel etwas für die Terassentür im Wohnzimmer sucht.Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit werden recht gut aufgenommen und eben so gut wieder abgegeben, die Reinigung ist einfach.Alles in allem eine brauchbare Fußmatte. Den Preis (rund 25 € zum Bestellzeitpunkt) finde ich allerdings recht hoch bzw. gerade eben so akzeptabel.
Farbe: kein richtiges braun, sondern graubraun, wie man es von graubraunem Holz kennt
Ich habe diese Fußmatte in "braun" bestellt, weil diese Farbe hier bislang mit Abstand am wenigsten bewertet wurde. Es ist jedoch kein richtiges Braun, sondern graubraun, wie man es von graubraunem Holz kennt, siehe mein Foto. Die Farbwiedergabe hängt aber auch von der Beleuchtung ab und entspricht dann schon dem Produktfoto des Herstellers.Jedenfalls ist diese dunkle Farbe deutlich weniger schmutzanfällig als "beige" zum Beispiel. Auch das war für mich ausschlaggebend.Geliefert wird die Fußmatte gerollt, fixiert mit zwei Kunststoffstreifen und in einer Folie verpackt.Andere Rezensenten hier bemängelten, dass der Abdruck der beiden Streifen sichtbar bleibt. – Nun: Man braucht die Fußmatte lediglich z.B. mit einer Schuhbürste in einer Richtung glattstreichen, dann sind die Abdrücke gänzlich verschwunden. Auch lässt sich grober Schmutz mit einer Bürste leicht entfernen, ohne die Matte waschen zu müssen.Einen störenden Geruch nach Chemie kann ich ebenfalls n i c h t bestätigen: Der Gummi unten roch beim Auspacken nur ganz leicht, und keine 24 Stunden später ist praktisch nichts mehr zu riechen.Die Verkettelung am Rand ist einwandfrei. Alles in allem sind aktuell 24,99€ ein angemessener Preis dafür.
