    The scooter itself looks great and is light and nice, not too much rattling also. However, the screw bolt of the latch to fold the scooter has come off with in first week - driven it only 3 times. The customer service hasn't been good either, as they just responded saying that they will give feedback to factory rather than revolve my problem!!!

    Great for 5-7yrs but despite everything being tightened up, it rattles like crazy, which is annoying! It feels sturdy, and light and has a good wheels as well as awesome lights!
