    These perfectly match the gymnasts’ gym equipment so were a must to try.The bands are 60cm circumference, OK for the kids to use..The bands are coloured from pale pink to purple and clearly marked x-light, light, medium, heavy, x-heavy with 1 to 5 dots to also indicate the relative resistance.The resistance of the bands is listed on the sales description as 15,20,30,40,50 lbs but nowhere on/ with the product. There is no information leaflet stating the weight and suggested exercises for each band provided with the product, 4 simple exercises are shown on the back of the box but there is no indication of which band would be best to use for each exercise (eg. Arms would usually tolerate less weight than legs).A small poster for the gym wall listing the weight resistance of and suggested exercises for each coloured band would eb a massive improvement.The resistance weights of this set are high for my gymnasts, I expect they will be limited to using just the lowest two bands, maybe the third. The x-light band offers as much resistance as some medium bands in other setsAt the time of review they are £6.97 delivered. They offer more resistance than other cheaper sets I have seen. An information wall poster or at least a leaflet would be a massive improvement.

    A decent set of 5 different strength resistance bands. Bands are differentiated by colour but also indicate their strength with a dot system. Quality is good and bands so far are more durable than other ones I've had previously. Storage bag is an added bonus to help keep them organised. Good value for money
