    I think it's working.I forced myself to drink apple cider to lose weight few years ago. Did lose some initially and then my results ground to a halt, despite results staying the same. I think it's a little different now. Maybe it's something I am doing differently in my diet and exercise, but facts are there is some result from taking this. Of course the capsules smell like apple cider vinegar. There is no avoiding that. That smell is not pleasant to me, but I don't care, I care about results. The other ingredients are spot on for weight loss - most likely that's what's making the difference. Black pepper, green tea, chromium - all are scientifically established to help with weight loss. So it's a fantastic combination. I had no problem swallowing it, the capsule is the standard size of a supplement capsule. And the price is very competitive. Taking under consideration what is out there in apple cider vinegar supplements and prices and the additions here, I would not be surprised if this was the best option on Bolo when it comes to apple cider vinegar supplements. Very friendly price for a long period of time - up to 3 months - and all ingredients are actually connected to weight loss. Definitely my favorite when it comes to Vine items and one of the very few products I am likely to order and pay for outside of the Vine program. It's that good.

    These capsules contain a good dose of Apple Cider Vinegar, along with some other ingredients, that make these ideal for me. I'm not about losing weight - my interest is in digestive health... I've been taking ACV, turmeric, and Ginger for many years as I find it eases and soothes any gut flare-ups I get.Taking Apple Cider Vinegar as part of my daily routine has been unpleasant at times when using it "raw". So capsules seem to be the best and most convenient way to ingest.These capsules (theres' just over a month's supply for ~£15 at the time of review) are great. They contain a very good mix - but unlike others don't mention the "mother" - which is the catalyst for the good things usually found in decent ACV. But I have to assume this is included.The box is good and the packaging is great. The capsules are large, and flavourless, and there are no aftertaste or bad effects so far.After consuming the whole box (3 capusles per-day) I have to say, I have had no issues to complain about... they seem to do the same job as others I've tried, so I'd be happy to recommend.The only thing for me is the price is a little high, but the quality may well justify it.

They are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.Apple cider vinegar is said to act as an appetite suppressant and can be helpful when on a diet. I've taken them previously for this very reason, and I'm back on a diet again, preparing to attend a conference in London, and I need to lose a little bit of weight.The dosage (3 capsules) is a good 1200mg, and the capsules are not too big, making them relatively easy to swallow, and there is no aftertaste. The pack came with over a year and a half best-before date, so you don't have to consume them all at once, and the thin tub makes them easy to store in the cupboard.Overall, these are good apple cider vinegar supplements, with a reasonable quantity, and have other valuable ingredients.

    This is 120 vegan tablets of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar it also contains green tea, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, chromium . This little capsule offers a good list of benefits which together really improves your health. This is a 40 day supply and the recommended doses is free capsules a day with plenty of water. I noticed almost straight away that they helped curb my appetite and that I am happy with just eating my set meals. There is no after taste after taking the capsules I've tried a few apple cider vinegar tablets and these seem to the best ones I have tried

    You need to take 3 a day of these capsules, so by my reckoning, they will last for 40 days. It doesn't say what time of day to take them for best effect or if they should be taken with or away from food, just that you need to take them with a large glass of water.I find that they have a delicate aroma, but I don't have the best sense of smell, so others may not agree, I'd listen to them rather than me. I find them tasteless with no aftertaste.
