    This can run from a mains plug or a car adapter. We used it in holiday accomodation that didn't have a fridge. It's not huge, but it allowed us to have fresh milk for tea and coffee and a supply of cold drinks throughout our stay. As a bonus, the drinks were cold when we arrived as the cooler chilled them on our two hour journey to the holiday park.It does make a humming noise, definitely not silent, but not loud enough to be a nuisance to us.

    We bought this for camping, amazing, but the seal did come out, i was able to push it back in, held plenty of food for us , small pkts of ham and cheese, milk and a can or two. Very very happy .

    Waste of money. Doesn't get cold. You can't get a refund if you take it our of the packaging so you're stuck with a £50 piece of junk

    It is ok… but I found the smaller cheaper ones are colder… this is not as cold as it should be which is disappointing based on the price
