    This review is for the Bullfix Cabinet Mounting Kit - Heavy Duty Plasterboard Fixings for Cupboards/Cabinets, 4 Bullfix Universal Fixings and 2 Brackets, Kitchen Cupboard/Bathroom Cabinet Mounting Kit£11.99 at the time of review.You get 2 brackets and the plugs and screws for fixing them to a wall, but you don’t get a 20mm drill bit – which is included with lots, if not most, of the other Bullfix kits.The brackets are very solid and are the hanger type which a cupboard sits into the top of the bracket. The brackets are more than strong enough to hold a cupboard (they say up to 116kg) so the only question is – will the plasterboard hold it as well?I have used these plugs before, to hold up a mirror on a cavity wall, which it did, but for some reason the plasterboard gave up some time later and the mirror pulled two huge chunks out of the wall.I have hung cupboards on walls before, but have tried to get a more solid fixing into a baton, for inatnce, so I didn’t need to rely on the plasterboard quite so much.On top of that, the cost of these brackets will quickly soar if you are hanging a handful of cupboards.The brackets are strong, but the fittings and the price makes me think again and there is no drill bit. I am not that bowled over by the brackets, and they will only work if your cupboard has a hanger hook/plate for mounting it, so 3 stars from me. I think I would prefer to find a baton to screw into.

    I recently tried the Bullfix Cabinet Mounting Kit for securing my kitchen cabinets, and while the fasteners performed decently in terms of their intended function, I can't say they represent good value for the price.The kit comes with 4 Bullfix Universal Fixings and 2 Brackets, which are handy for cabinet installation. The fasteners did their job in securely mounting the cabinets on plasterboard walls. However, considering the cost, I was hoping for a bit more in terms of fasteners as the cost can quickly build up when attaching a few cabinets.While they get the job done, I've seen other cabinet mounting kits on the market that offer similar performance at a more competitive price point while including a drill bit.
