4.0 out of 5 stars Kukka Deodorant – Easy to Apply Natural Deodorant & Lovely Scent but Requires Frequent Reapplication
This ‘Bloom In Peace’ natural deodorant by Kukka arrived well presented in a branded cardboard box which is sealed with cellophane. It looks very well presented. The deodorant stick itself is held within a plastic container (which can be easily recycled) and you twist the dial at the base to reveal the deodorant.The ‘Bloom In Peace’ natural deodorant has a neroli orange blossom scent profile and smells quite floral which is pleasant. It contains neroli essential oil, shea butter, coconut oil and sunflower seed oil and is made from all natural ingredients so the deodorant is free of aluminium, alcohol and parabens. The scent profile is more suited to women in my opinion as the neroli scent is the very prominent which lingers without being overwhelming and doesn’t smell synthetic.The deodorant applies smoothly and is a good size at 75g but unfortunately, the deodorant isn’t a long-lasting product and requires reapplication every 3-4 hours which I do think this is rather a lot during a day. I also think the product image that states 24 hours all day freshness is misleading. The natural deodorant does also leave a slight coating that does need to be washed away, but so far it hasn’t stained my clothing.Priced at £17.99 for a one-off purchase or £17.09 if you sign up to Bolo’s subscribe and save at the time of reviewing, this isn’t a cheap deodorant considering you have to reapply it frequently and after a fairly brisk walk the nice scent soon wore away so I wouldn’t trust it to last on a warm summer’s day. However, if you are being relatively inactive the deodorant provides a nice scent using natural ingredients and it isn’t tested on animals either.

They weren't kidding when they mentioned long lasting in the description of this product, I can definitely smell it hours after the application. Of course the smelled self is very subjective but I personally like it, I find the smell of flowers comforting and it makes me feel clean.I'm not a chemist but I do want to point out how I appreciate the fact that the list of ingredients is really small, which to me is a symptom that they haven't added ingredients just for the sake of it but rather focused on picking the ones that are useful.I've only tried this on my armpits, but it's not sticky so I wouldn't be surprised if people were able to use it elsewhere. I love it!

This review is for Kukka deodorant in the neroli scent. This is an aluminium-free deodorant in stick form. It has a beautiful scent - lightly floral with orange blossom at the forefront. I like that it comes in an easily used stick form as a lot of natural deodorants seem to come in a jar which can be an unpleasant sensory experience. I did find I sometimes smelled at the end of a workday after wearing this deodorant but this is also true of my usual Dove deodorant so not necessarily the fault of this product. I happen to sweat a lot and work outdoors so it is sort of inevitable. The deodorant doesn't irritate my armpits at all which is a plus as some natural deodorants can irritate my skin. Overall I think this is a very nicely made product. The packaging in particular is beautiful, it looks great in my bathroom.

This deodorant came very well packaged. The scent I chose is Bloom In Peace which to be honest compared to another scent I chose from the same brand, I like it more,has very pleasant scent. I really like this deodorant because it protects me a lot when I sweat, which after pregnancy happens more than before. It doesn't leave marks on clothes, it lasts for a long time, it's non greasy, it's smooth, aluminum free, alcohol and paraben free. I think it is very good deodorant but also a bit pricey.

I really like the Neroli fragrance of this Bloom in Peace Kukka Deodorant. To me it smells of floral/orange blossom and a light touch of citrus Once it is on I can't detect the scent but it is lovely and fresh as you apply the deodorant. It is aluminium, alcohol & paraben free so is a natural deodorant that does not stop you sweating. I was not sure if this would work for me but I liked the idea of a natural product so decide to give it a go. The deodorant goes on very smoothly and is kind to my skin. It is not sticky and does not seem to leave a residue on my skin. Although we are still in cooler weather, I have tried it before and after the gym and it seems to cope. I like how portable it is and it s a good size for both my gym bag and for travelling (75g). I like the idea of using deodorant that is kinder to my skin and contains a blend of natural ingredients, I will be interested to see how it performs throughout a full day at a warmer time of year but certainly in the cooler shorter term it is doing fine.

There are more negatives than positives with this deodorant. Starting with the pluses, it smells fairly pleasant and doesn't contain aluminium.Minuses: If your underarms are "au naturel", in other words a bit hairy then this deodorant being sticky and a bit claggy means your underarm hairs also get claggy and sticky, which is not very nice. It;s advertised as "long lasting" but the manufacturers suggest re-applying every four hours...so no very long lasting then...I'm nit going to be carrying a stick of deodorant around all day.Not for me... and may not for you either...

lovely soft application, nice and smooth on the underarms. A vague and slight scent, not overpowering.with all natural ingredients so pleased that it has no Aluminium in and I actually recognised all of the ingredients which is amazing. no chemical names that you have to look up.the scent is as I mentioned very slight. but its just noticeable which is nice, prefer that to the unscented versions.Nice large size, so will last a long time for me.Would recommend, I'm a little unsure of the price as £17 for deodorant seem s little steep, but the fact that all of the ingredients are 100% natural I can see past that. The company seems to have some great products all of them seem to be all natural too.
Smells amazing! Easy to apply with no sticky or wet feeling.
I've been using natural, aluminum free deodorants for several years now. I always find it amusing that my body needs an 'adjustment period' to get used to any new formula I try. Usually, this takes about a week (which can be pretty rough), but my body adapted to this formula in just a few days.This balm stick arrived in a box that was completely covered with a tamper proof plastic wrapper. The stick itself had the classic deodorant cover over the product.This is ready to use. The stick glides over the skin VERY easy and smooth. It isn't super hard/stiff/solid so it doesn't pull or tug at the skin at all. There is no need to warm or melt this formula. It is definitely the easiest natural/aluminum free deodorants I've ever applied.Despite what some others have said, I don't find this sticky or tacky at all- not even a little bit. Sure, immediately after application it does have a slightly wet feeling, but I find this corn starch based formula to dry down almost immediately and leave my pits feeling very soft and smooth- almost powdery (but NOT at all grainy). My pits don't stick together or feel wet at all. It also doesn't feel 'gooey' or heavy. This formula wears like regular stick deodorant, but without the cancer causing crap, and I'm loving it!There is no white residue! Now, it's important you give this 1-2 minutes, before getting dressed to dry down, but once it's dry you will not get any product transfer to your clothes.The scent is INCREDIBLE! This has a strong neroli scent that is unisex and very pleasant. I have never grown pit hair. Now, before you start to say how lucky I am, you should know that there is a major trade off here- I have THE WORST smelling pits on the planet (think of hot garbage + old kitty litter and you can get an idea of how bad it can get). This formula not only neutralizes any bad smells, it prevents them from happening all together. The fresh, clean scent is noticeable throughout the day. If things do start to get a bit stinky (like after a tough workout), I just apply a few more swipes and the stink is gone!The formula also keeps me nice and dry! Again, this dries down to a powder like finish and the corn starch base does a nice job absorbing any excess moisture. I can't say this prevents sweat from happening all together (that would be an unnatural thing only chemicals can accomplish), but it does keep me feeling dry.I've got to say it- this is easily the best natural deodorant I've ever used. It's crazy too because I didn't expect to love this as much as I do. I know every body is different, but I really don't experience any stickiness or tacky feeling at all from this. I don't get sweaty or stinky either and- this formula applies like a dream. On top of all that, you get a nice amount of product at a very reasonable price.This is truly incredible and I will definitely repurchase this scent (Im so impressed, I ordered the coconut scent too!) and highly recommend it.
Surprising!
Have only used twice but seems effective. No allergic side effects on skin, no obnoxious scent when applying or after worn for a while. Seems to control any odors anywhere used. We'll see but so far so good. No chemical burns on skin and best of all no stinky fake perfumes and no sweaty stink! I got the neroli - very subtle green citrus odor that doesn't reek.
Summertime Deodorant!
I really enjoyed this deodorant. It has a strong botanical fragrance and definitely keeps underarms feeling dry and smelling great all day, even in the sweltering heat of summer. Only deducting a single star because the fragrance is a little overpowering and the feel of the formula, once applied and on the skin for some time, is tacky. If those two quality-control issues eventually get worked out, this deodorant will be solid gold!
Doesn't last long.
I like the scent of this deodorant and the consistency.I got the bloom in peace, and I must say the name fits it well.The deodorant goes on smoothly, drys clear, fast and doesn't leave thick white residue. It has natural, clean, safe ingredients. Although I recommend this deodorant as an option, my only dislike is that the scent doesn't last long and needs to reapply multiple times.Four stars because it doesn't last long!
Smells nice, not sticky, does not make me itch
This stick deoderant smells nice, but not overpowering. It isn't really sticky, less so than many other stick type deoderants. The best part is that it does not make me itch. Many other brands of deoderant have something (I dont know what) in them that make me itch. This one does not. Even though it is a bit on the pricey side, it's great to have found a deoderant that does not make me itch!
