    While staying in hostel dorms I used these. They're great at blocking the noise out. The quality is great. And they're comfortable. They did usually end up falling out for me but I move so much while I sleep.

    I bought these with the intention of taking them on holiday next month, so didn’t think I’d be writing this review so soon. Sadly my husband has got a slight sniffle/touch of man flu, which was likely going to lead to him suffocating prior to us going away due to impact of his snoring. Thankfully I’ve broken out a set of these nifty little things & stuffed one in each ear. They’ve dampened the horrific sound to a level where I may now get some sleep, thus averting the likelihood of his suffocation. Who’d have thought these little silicone trees could save a life?!

    Upsides: They block out the sound very effectively. Soft silicone, not hard plastic.Downsides: A bit too big for the ear canal, create pressure and become painful. Had to snip off part of the "foot" because it's too long to be able to lie on your side.
