    As many others, I am starting to feel the effects of age on my body, especially when it comes to joints etc getting a little sorer than they used to be. I was really keen to start getting some collagen in my system as we know that the production of this in our bodies starts to decrease and it is good to keep it topped up with supplementing.I had tried powders and tablets in the past, some of the powders I tried were not the best and I often forget to take tablets so I thought I would give a pre-made shot of vitamins a go for ease. I have to say that they are easier to remember to take and it is easier to just take a quick shot and you are done. The presentation of the bottles is nice looking and feels well made.The shots contain a great amount of vitamins in, not only collagen, but lots of healthy vitamins to support your bones, immune system and general well-being. The level contained in this shot is great and I cannot complain that the quality of the contents is not what I would hope for.The downside for me is firstly, the taste. I am really not a fan, whilst it isn't horrendous, it for me isn't enjoyable and I struggled to take it each day which wouldn't be sustainable for me long term. The price is the other issue for me, you are definitely paying for the convenience of these, whilst there is a good level of vitamins and they are good quality, the price for me wouldn't be something I could sustain.

    First off, the berry flavor is refreshing. It doesn’t have that weird aftertaste you sometimes get with these kinds of supplements. I mix it with water in the morning, and it feels like I’m starting my day with a fruity treat rather than a health supplement.I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I’m already noticing a difference. My joints/knees feel a bit more supple. Plus, knowing it’s helping my skin and overall vitality is a great bonus!If you’re into fitness or just want to give your joints and muscles a little extra love, I totally recommend giving this a shot.

    I will start with the value for money and then the taste. You get 20 x 12 = 240g collagen for £30. I have tried a lot of different powder collagens. They range from 25%-200% of the price of the Kinetica shots, taking into account the amount you get and the purity which varies from 50-100%.Shots are normally much more expensive than powder, because they are less hassle and less messy and much more expensive to package. Comparing this with Revive which comes in 14 sachets, Revive works out twice as expensive. Overall the Kinetica are good value for money.Now to the flavour. I have to describe it as weird. It is slightly fruity, almost pleasant but not quite. Clearly some people hated it, but i suspect they haven't tried the truly awful taste of some of the powders. It is in any case very similar to the more expensive Revive shots.If you want shots, this is really a good bet. If you go for a collagen powder you have a choice between something which tastes really nasty or something stuffed with artificial sweeteners and chemical flavours. The best option among powders is probably the unbranded one with Bolo code B07G5H6FC2. It is good value and has no flavour.

    Kinetica's collagen can help reduce inflammation and supports skin, nail and hair health as well as joint, ligament and tendon health.The supplement has nutritious and beneficial ingredients like turmeric which can speed up the healing process, glucosamine which slows down the natural deterioration process and have anti-inflammatory properties and vitamin C which is very essential in the production and maintenance of the body's collagen. In addition, it has a mango and orange flavour that gives it a fruity taste.Out of the box, it contains 12 bottles that contain 20g of supplement in each bottle. The box and each bottle has a simple but nice looking packaging.I have been taking different kinds of food supplements over the years and I must say that this is one of the supplements that I am not a fan of because of its taste. It has a sweet, fruity and citrus flavour however, it still has this unpleasant taste which I think is due to turmeric. I also don't like its yellow colour as I feel like I am drinking some food colouring. On the brighter side, it seems to work as I have noticed that my nails grew faster and my hair looks healthier.Aside from its taste, I think it's expensive at £29.99 for only 12 shots. It has lots of good ingredients and benefits, however, I feel like there are lots of collagen supplements that are much better in terms of taste and price.

    I must say I am pretty happy with this supplement.I am a female over 40, with some signs of ageing that we all experience.( Large pores, wrinkles, ageing skin, joint pains you know all the fun stuff.) It's not severe yet, but my body is defiantly getting older. So I started looking into collagen supplements.After I started taking this supplement my skin, which is normally dry and scaly, started to look more hydrated. My nails grow faster and now I maintained an elegant length and my joints seem to heal a little better after hard workouts. I noticed that even my hair grow faster. This is a great product, I'm really satisfied. Just remember it takes time till you start to notice results, recommended to take collagen supplements for at least 3 months.Stop reading reviews.     Ich bin skeptisch an die Sache gegangen und glaube eigentlich nicht an shots und ihre Wirkung aber was es dann mit mir machte ist der Wahnsinn ....zum Geschmack muss ich sagen das der wirklich grenzwertig ist aber aufgrund von dem Inhalt auch vielleicht nicht zu vermeiden, also Augen zu und runter damit...nach ca. 10 - 15 min. trat die Wirkung ein, ich fühlte mich als wenn ich unbedingt was machen muss und bin seit langem wieder mal spazieren gegangen, schnellen Schrittes ....ich hatte irgendwie Bewegungsdrang und auch nach dem zweiten Fläschchen ging es mir genauso....ich hab es mir gekauft um es zu nehmen bevor ich zum Sport gehe...wirkt auf jeden Fall ....keine Bauchschmerzen, keine Müdigkeit ,top....für den Geschmack allerdings 1 Stern Abzug, es kostet mich doch etwas Überwindung es zu trinken....der Preis ist auch sehr teuer aber wenn es macht was es verspricht bin ich gerne gewillt dafür auch den entsprechenden Preis zu zahlen....allerdings würde ich es mir nicht ständig kaufen ...vielleicht nur als Motivationsschub wenn der Tag doch ziemlich anstrengend ist
