I have bought 3 of the tester packs so far just to thoroughly test if they work or not.The packs are small so handy to transport if needed. The gummies are tasty and star shaped & in my personal opinion a bit hard at first, would be better if softer.You get 10 Gummies in each pack (5 servings).I struggle being tired and falling asleep due to a range of things.First 2 times i took these 30 mins before turning the lights out and it worked! I was tired & asleep in no time. Except i kept waking up during the night. (This happened twice)I have attempted to sleep without these and struggle a lot, at this point i just throw 2 down the pipe and I'm away within 10 mins.The only negative thing i found with these gummies so far is 1 serving out of every pack seem to not do as much of a good job (Maybe thats just me but out of 3 packs? )Anyway i highly recommend these if you struggle getting tired or falling asleep.

I brought these as I have seen many positive reviews so I got the sample pack to try first I took my first one last night, I will update once I have finished the packet.The taste is nice and doesn’t leave a funny taste in mouth afterwards.

After chewing these gummies thoroughly before bed I can feel my eyelids getting heavy after 15-30 minutes. The only downside is you still need to brush your teeth after as they contain sugar, but I'm very happy to keep these in my bedside table for 3am insomnia emergencies as they work so quickly on me. Note that I have a slow metabolism so medications have a strong effect on me, so your mileage may vary (they have no effect on my partner who has a very fast metabolism).Overall these are great and I recommend them! Great that they have a smaller pack with 5 servings (10 gummies) available so you can try them without risk for a small amount of money first.
