These allow documents to be sorted using the open sided folders and categorised using the labels which need to be attached. The labels are different shapes to fit each coloured folder (use the matching colour). It makes transporting the files between offices easy. Each black organised holds a surprising amount of documents although is Ian’s designed to expand. Very happy with this purchase.

Simple but effective means of categorizing A4 papers.The outer black plastic folder has an easy to use elasticated string closure which seems well able to cope when the thing is fully laden with papers. It appears to be strong enough to accommodate a full load without rupturing and bursting activities.The inner files - blue, green, purple, red, orange, yellow - can happily take 20 - 25 pages, depending upon the thickness of paper. Very thin receipt type paper and you might get away with 30. I managed to cram 40 sheets of good quality 100gsm paper into one, but that was definitely pushing it. And if you put that in all of the files, you wouldn't cram them all back into the outer folder. Not without putting a monstrous strain on it and asking it to burst. Around 25 sheets in each file and 150 overall would be the sane limit. When filled and closed inside the outer folder, the files can't lose any pages.Adhesive labels are provided, colour coded to match the inner files, so that you can stick them on the outside folder to see at a glance which file any specific group of papers are in.

Tucking sheets into the side-opening folders is easy yet secure, ensuring no slipping out. And the cut flush edges give a smooth uniform look when stacked straight on shelves, finding desired files quicker than sticker tab binders

These folders are great and currently being used by both of my secondary-school-aged children for their school bags. At a push, I'd recommend them. But I would get better mileage out of them if they were more contained and had less avenues for moisture to get in, which makes them not perfect for school bags.Overall, as folders to collate lots of sheets of paper or thinner school books, they're great, and offer good value. The colourful plastic min folders for A4 sheets of paper are particularly helpful. If the overall black holder had been more enclosed or sealable, I'd have given this 5 stars.
Defekt geliefert
Leider weist meine gelieferte Ordnungsmappe diverse Schäden auf. Das grüne Trennblatt ist eingerissen. Außen sind wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen, sehr viele Knicke. Sieht aus wie schon einmal benutzt. Schicke es zurück und hoffe, dass ich die nächste Mappe in einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand erhalte.
Tamaño justo para mis necesidades
Lo he devuelto porque no es lo que buscaba, las carpetas son tamaño a4, así que no se puede meter nada más grande. La calidad del cierre tampoco era muy segura.
