Though the packaging is pretty basic on the 'Vacuum Storage Bags - Clothes Storage Bag Vacuum Pack - Space Saver' the contents seem pretty sound.The very basic instructions are on the bag of the box. However for best use please do the following.1 - open bag2 - place item in bag making sure not to stretch the seams of the opening3 - make sure item is fully inside bag, use the close tab to close the bag and ensure it is fully closed by running your fingers along the opening, squeezing together where it doesn't feel fully sealed4 - unscrew valve cover and either attach vacuum cleaner or hand pump (byu screwing onto threads5 - remove air, stop every now and then to flatten high spots with your hands until full deflated and flat6 - remove vacuum or pump and replace valve coverThe quality of these bags is pretty basic, though sufficient for intended use. The pump feels of decent quality though it does need quite a few pumps to empty a bag.At a price of £12.99 at the time of this review this is on the lower end of the scale for other products of the similar contents. Having used them I saw no sign of a leak so I can gladly recommend this item.

Vacuum Storage Bags (Mixed Size 9 Pack)These storage bags arrive in ht manufacturers branded box and come complete with 9 storage bags in 3 different sizes.Also included in the pump, very similar to a balloon type of pump.The bags are easy to use:1. Open the storage bag §t the blue coloured side which has a nip and seal type of closure.2. Place items you wish to store and compress the size of in the bag.3. Close the nip and seal with the movable slider clip attached. Pinch your fingers so the slider clip nips there seal together while moving along the bag.You may have to do this several times to get a good secure knit together of both sides. The slider may come off the end but easily slots back on.4. Unscrew the nozzle on thew front of the bag.5. Place pump over the hoe and draw out the air until there is no more air to draw out. I used my vacuum cleaner nozzle for this step as it is quicker, 30 seconds and finished.6. Screw the cap back on.You now have a very compact and neat package to store.These bags are brilliant for those who are moving home or if you ae like me and have bothe Summer and Winter bedding.As you can see in my photos, I used the 3 smallest vacuum bags for 3 x 10.5 duvets, one duvet per bag.

2 things about this product - 1 it works really well and 2 it's really fun.I find it amazing how air there is everyday products, clothes, bedding, etc. Once you pump out the air from these storage bags duvets shrink to a quarter of their size, same with pillows. The bulkier the better - you don't get much extra compression from a t-shirt.I don't really know why I am so surprised, because a lot of Bolo goods come vacuumed packed, and although they still weigh the same I often think on opening a package that they have sent the wrong thing as it is too small.The second thing is that it is really good fun! So much so that I have ordered more to continue the great New Year tidyup!Great product, and really works.

Zipper falls off both ends, goldfish could do a better job than the pump! Got pillows in, the zip bit, kept falling off, so had to pop closure with fingers, which with arthritis in fingers, not east, used hoover to deflate, didn't really go as flat as some do. So didn't hold out much hope for them working. 5 minutes later one of then full of air.
Extremely convenient for small bags
I had limited luggage space for an international travel. These bags allowed to pack all my three weeks worth of clothes in my carry on so I could use my checked luggage to bring other goodies. They’re very air tight, they held the vacum seal throughout the three planes I had to take. The little pump also works perfectly and is lightweight and easy to fit in the luggage. Price is great considering everything you’re getting.
