It seems like an OK product, took first pill yesterday. But it says 400mg magnesium on the front of pot, but only 72mg elemental magnesium in total. So you would have to take 8 tablets to get the recommended 300-400mg dose.Also has magnesium oxide in which I didn't realise, and I can't check the label on the website now as it says the product isn't available.

Magnesium Glycinate is great if you have trouble sleeping; it's a game changer. Bought these for my mum as she couldn't take the ones I take because of their size. Anyway, these are easy to swallow and the lenght of her sleep has improved dramatically! Highly recommend.

When I reached the end of the last jar of magnesium citrate I didn’t replace it for a few days and immediately suffered from a big dose of fatigue that affected my daily life. When I realised what my daily vitamin supplements were lacking I found these on line and seemingly overnight am back to being on good form. I think they are of enormous benefit and won’t run out another time!!

Why does the bottle say 400mg when it’s only 72mg in a serving? You have to take at least 4 pills to make up the recommended therapeutic dose of between 2-400mg. So not cost effective.
Caused severe, cystic acne. Especially on chin area
About 4 days after I started taking this magnesium I noticed I started to develop huge, cystic acne on my chin. The type that is deep under the skin and very painful. You can’t pop it and it takes weeks to heal. I researched this online and it turns out this happens to a lot of people. It’s not necessarily the brand, it happens among many brands. I stopped taking the magnesium and my skin went back to normal besides the acne on my chin that is still healing. I guess magnesium supplements can cause an increase in testosterone and this could be part of the problem. Unfortunately the acne this causes me is so bad that it’s not possible to continue taking this. I’m going to have to find another way to get magnesium. I Still gave the company five stars though because it could just be my skin. It may not necessarily be the company’s fault. I’m sure there’s plenty of people who take this and it doesn’t happen to them. I wanted to post this review in case anyone else is experiencing this while taking the supplement and is clueless as to why.
Good value, quick turnaround
I just started taking supplements. Too early to provide quality and results of products. At least after the complete consumption then can review and evaluate. However, what I can share now is the ordering and delivery process was excellent, reliable smooth. No hassle as always.

Does the job
These capsules are too large, I always feel like they are lodged in my throat for hours after swallowing, otherwise this magnesium works well, helps me sleep better
