    When this arrived & I used it, I couldn’t Believe the Difference! The quality is Amazing! The support you get & due to its shape is honestly Incredible!I have bad lower back pain like it’s on fire & I have Sciatica also , This has honestly relieved 95% of the pain. I can now get a Amazing night sleep which used to be impossibleI normally sleep on my side , or 3/4 on my chest or in the fetal position often with a pillow between my legs. If you sleep like this I Highly recommend itBecause it allows me to sleep in Any position & be completely comfortable, no more pain in my neck while sleeping just a great night sleep & I’m a different person because of it the best money I’ve ever spentIt’s the perfect fit & size , now saying that everyone sleeps differently & using a soft or hard or 2 or 3 pillows or thin or thick duck down pillowThis will accommodate everyone!     I have been a somewhat evangelical convert to this style of pillow for a few years now since getting one of a similar style for myself. When the time came for hubby to replace his pillow, I settled on this one after some research and have been very pleased with it.For those new to these pillows, the shape does take some getting used to. But stick with it; once you get used to it the support provided is amazing and sleep comfort is improved.This particular pillow has the supportive shape you can see in the product photos (which are accurate) and has a removable cover for washing. I put it in a regular pillow case too with no issues, just a little wriggling required to get it lying smooth. Unlike my own pillow this one also has a 'hole' in the centre for ventilation - excellent if you get hot sleeping.An excellent pillow for the price and well worth the investment.

    Pillow is great, only been using a few days but loving it so far.However, the product name suggests it comes with a pillow case, but it did not.So adding the pillow case, due to the odd shape, makes this well over £30 for a pillow which I think is pretty expensive. I'd understand if it was cheaper and it's fine for an additional case to be another £10, but £25+ for just a pillow doesn't seem right - I expected the pillow case included."DONAMA Cervical Pillow for Neck and Shoulder, Contour Memory Foam Pillow, Ergonomic Neck Support Pillow for Side Back Stomach Sleepers with Pillowcase".Aside from this, the pillow is a great design!

    I have suffered with neck and back pain for months and adverts for these type of pillows kept coming up. I reviewed all of the different ones and decided that this pillow would be best for me. For the first 3 days I struggled as felt I was laying way too flat. I turned the pillow to the higher side and I’ve got to say that the difference to my comfort levels and sleep is immense. I move around a lot when I sleep and sleep on my side and back throughout the night. I would recommend this product to others, it does take some getting used to but definitely worth it in the end!

    I liked the size and softness of the pillow.I am use to discomfort initially as I get that with changing my pillow case on my present butterfly pillow. I used the pillow for approximately 2 weeks but my neck was more comfortable with a cheaper butterfly pillow. I was disappointed as I thought this would be a step up as it certainly appears to be a quality product.

    I was waking every day with headaches and neck ache. After the first use I found I didn't wake up with pain. I use mine the other way around to the way shown, as I'm a side sleeper, the deeper side seems to support my neck more, but hubby prefers the shape of the neck crevice.

    What an amazing pillow, I cannot tell you how many pillows I have gone through, the horrible neck pain and shoulder pain, but I've been using this now for 2 weeks and honestly I have no pain, it takes a little getting used to but wow.

    I have neck shoulder and back issues, too many to list. Sp I suffer really bad pain if I don't have a good quality pillow. I've used wave shaped before but when I saw this I was intrigued. I then saw it on sale with 30 per cent off so took a chance. All I can say is I will never use another pillow again. This is the ultimate in comfort, the firmness is perfect. There is a higher and lower side so you can flip it round and change the support you get to your neck. It keeps the weight off your shoulders and has arm shaped recesses either side, my shoulder pain has decrease by 80 per cent I'd say. It is great support, the shape looks weird but it's just so comfy. It's durable material, and good quality. It does have a case but I use another on top as its a white pillowcase. The size looks huge but it does fit into a normal sized pillowcase. Overall it's dang amazing and the best pillow over ever had by far.
