Being a liquid, this is easy to take.But, unlike many liquid medications / supplements, it doesn't taste too bad - and I've not had any after-taste either.Without blood tests before starting to use and after taking for some time, it's impossible to say whether this works or not. I didn't feel any less tired, but I was taking it during the busiest time of year for work when I work many extra hours. So maybe the fact I wasn't any more tired than before is an indicator of it working?

A 150ml bottle of folic acid liquid. This is a food supplement designed to give you more energy and stop you feeling tired.It's a glass bottle. It's in a cardboard box. That's the only packaging.The folic acid is 0.5mg / ml. Sugar free. Lactose free. Nuts and peanuts free. Artificial colour free. Artificial flavour free. And no soya or gluten either.It's also suitable in pregnancy. For vegans and vegetarians. You should have no more than 5ml of it a day.Take the plastic cap off the bottle then unscrew the plastic top to get to the product.You expect it to taste like honey, because of the colour. It doesn't. It's liquid. Initially it feels quite thin. There is a bit of an aftertaste though. Which is surprisingly pleasant. I could feel a bit of an energy boost during this. So I think this does it's job.Reasonable price all things considered, so definitely worth a try.
