I've tried a few flavours and lime is the only one I genuinely enjoy as the zesty flavour balances the slightly salty element (a bit like a virgin margarita!). I do feel more alert after drinking one of these, I notice too that compared to drinking a pint of water, I seem to retain more (and pee less) which suggests I'm better hydrated!

Love Humantra - A daily staple in our house
Finally an electrolyte that doesn't taste bitty or leave that gross powdery taste. Humantra has become a firm staple in our house, for both the kids and parents. No more mid-afternoon crashing and a great way to kick off the day. Prior to using Humantra I used the electrolyte tablets but hated the fizziness of them as well as the powdery feel when drinking them, no such issues with Humantra as it mixes brilliantly. Tastes great too with some awesome flavours.

I always struggled with midday slumps and constant fatigue. Thats a huge problem for me. A friend of mine had been using humantra for a while, and shared some lychee with me. I was very skeptical at first since all electrolytes taste salty and the flavour is terrible.Oh i was wrong.. Lychee tastes fantastic, but it also makes a world of difference in how I feel. Since taking humantra everyday, my skin is more radiant, the sluggishness is gone, and i am more energized throughout the day.what i really love about humantra is how easy it is to incorporate into my daily life. For a meeting or hitting the gym, for a hike or just at home, it's just mix and u go. Saved me from feeling like a shrivelled raisin. Definitely changed my perception about electrolytes. now its always gonna be humantra. Absolute lifesaver.
Garbage packaging..
I had to throw away nearly half of the sachets because the powder was already solidified like it was in contact with water/humidity.A pity because I liked the product and think it is effective.
