    This wine rack looks great. Once installed, it showed no issues when filled with all 16 glass 75cl bottles. The rack itself seems sturdy and well built. The natural wood looks great! The only issue is that one of the hex screws seemed to be a little threaded from the factory, which made it a bit difficult to install. But there's enough redundancy in the other screws that even if this one was missing, it should hold together well. All in all, it's recommended, just be slow and steady with the screws as they seem to be on the cheaper end.

    This is a cheap and cheerful flat-packed wine rack made from bamboo stained to look (a bit) like mahogany. It's manufactured to an acceptable standard: I wouldn't put it any stronger than that as the dowels provided are a loose fit (not an issue once everything is screwed down of course) and the pre-drilled screw holes are very tight. I mention this latter as bamboo has a habit of splitting easily if your screws are a bit too big. I took it easy and used the supplied Allen key rather than an electric driver and didn't have any issues.Once put together it doesn't feel incredibly sturdy but works fine and the one I got stores 16 bottles in 4 x 4 rows quite happily. It's not intended for transporting your wine around and is going to sit on a shelf for the next several years so it won't be getting jostled and moved about and I'm sure will do sterling service.

    So this is very easy to connect together as it comes flat packed. Happily the pack includes an allan key, screws and dowels and extra of each as well in case you lose one (so handy). You just have to screw the longer struts into the side pieces and all in all it took me about 15 mins - no issues, decent instructions (but its very self explanatory) and all the screws fitted in without any issue. The frame itself is bamboo but looks just like a stained wood - nice mid brown and looks very smart once finished. There are also little sticky pads for the underside of the rack so that it doesn't scratch the surface it sits on - nice touch. All in all a super item, well produced and worth the DIY effort. Five Stars
