The media could not be loaded. Average size and easy to swallow. No nasty smell or taste (unlike some supplements ) Been taking them for a couple weeks now and not noticed any difference to bloating but I have to admit they are good for getting rid of excess wind. Burp burp burp all night long. Feel better for it mind you as there’s nothing worse than Trapped wind! Would recommend as easy to take with no adverse side affects.

I was taking a different probiotic supplement a while ago that seemed to help a lot with bloating and when I ran out I started to notice the difference after a week or so. I decided to try these but unfortunately after a couple of weeks of taking them I haven't noticed any change. The capsules themselves are fine and easy to swallow. I would prefer them not to contain turmeric as I don't believe it helps at all in small doses but can increase the risk of kidney stones (I watched a program on it a while ago). Apparently the amount of turmeric you have to take for it to be beneficial is quite significant at which point the downsides outweigh the positives.It may just be the right blend of probiotics or the right quantity of CFUs that doesn't work for me and they may work for you. I have since purchased a different brand with 50% more and more variety of cultures, so I will start them soon and see if they work better for me.

Since taking these I'm extremely nauseous so cutting them out now to see if it is these capsules. No difference in gas or bloating at all.

After 18 months of being gassy, I have seen an improvement in a short space of time.I am trying these capsules because I would like some help with some digestive issues. I am pleased to be able to try out these capsules which apparently contain clinically proven probiotics and botanicals and enzymes.I don't drink milk but do occasionally have cheese so I also hope the lactase in these will help with that.Giving them 4 stars for now as I am still testing these out. The capsules are on the large side at 24mm but still ok to swallow. They smell quite nice in the bottle, a little like liquorice. They do not have an after taste at all.

Bought this hoping it would help me. I have IBS and PCOS so I love my life with stomach issues and constant bloating. After taking this, my bloating actually got WORSE and it’s so bad that my stomach is rock hard and hurts to touch because it’s so swollen. This may be more of a product for people with no existing stomach issues and more for people bloated after meals because this has only made my stomach issues so much worse. I’ve even been cramping bad every time I take it and with all of my stomach digestive issues I usually don’t cramp too much, but with this UGH the cramps are horrible and long lasting. I gave it a chance for a few weeks and it was just the worst. THERE’S A REASON THIS SUPPLEMENT IS SO CHEAP!!! So if you’re someone who suffers with ANY digestive issues or PCOS or anything like that… DO NOT TAKE THIS!!! 😪

Works great
Within a week I notice my stomach flatter. However, you keep in mind that this product does make you pee a lot. To be honest, it makes me pee more than a water pill does, but it also does what it’s supposed to do. I will buy again.
