The media could not be loaded. I was recommended getting a humidifier for my son who has issues with his adenoids. This is easy to set up and use, it is almost silent in use, has a lovely night light feature which you can change the colour of or have off and a sleep mode too which is great for using through the night. You are able to direct the flow of the steam and how much as there are 2 vents on the lid. Having a small tray where you can also add essential oils is really handy particularly when you have congestion or to add a few drops of lavender to aid sleep. Very impressed and a really great little humidifier.

When purchasing this product 5 months ago we were so impressed with the whole unit, the functionality, lighting, vapour amount dispensed etc, etc. Two weeks ago it stopped working & just seems to run in a Demo mode switching on then off by itself.We have cleaned it out & maintained it as per instructions. I politely contacted customer support hoping they could advise on maybe a reset function or a suggestion I could try. I have sent an email twice to Support@homvana & have not received any response back for over two weeks. Not even a thank you for contacting them & that they would get back to me. Email has been received & opened.So disappointing that companies sell products & then ignore communication when there is a problem hoping that you will just go away.Unfortunately due to no response from customer support I can only advise potential customers not to purchase this product in future.I would like to change my previous review to a positive review now. Customer services did get in touch with me & I am very pleased to say that the faulty item was replaced. Amy from Homvana’s support team has been so helpful, professional & friendly. It has made the process of replacement an absolute pleasure. I am very happy & pleased with the results. Thank you 🙏 👍

Mine works great. Is very quiet, u like my previous 'quiet' model which was noisy. Works all night with about half the tank on low setting.

Ordered two as both my kids are suffering with summer colds and have a really dry hacking cough. This humidifier is very quiet and can't even hear it which is ideal to use at night when coughs are more prevalent and prevent sleep.Both kids slept soundly and can select option high cool mist or low. If on low can run 36 hours continuously until you have to top up the water. Other brands I've used in past only run a few hours which meant I'd have kids waking early hours coughing. This has been a god send and have two soundly sleeping kids which they needed.Love also how you can choose to have the coloured light on or off. Daughter chose the purple light and my son chose green on his and used them as night lights as not too bright.Looks stylish too. All in all a good buy.

Took it out of the box, put some water in as directed, added a few drops of oil to the drawer, I then went out to walk my dogs, got back roughly 40 minutes later and the humidifier was not running, when I tried to turn it on nothing happened and the screen showed "--" which is not even mentioned anywhere in the "troubleshooting" part of the manual or on their own website.What I can tell you from the very brief period of time it was running is that even if you don't get a defective model it is still a poor product.1: The lid does not fit properly so the mist isn't pushed out of the vents and up into the air as intended, instead it spills out all around the lid and just sinks to the ground.2: It is much louder than expected, I have a ceiling fan in my bedroom and have no problem with that humming/whirring away, but this drowns that out and makes a constant high pitch humming noise along with very frequent sounds of water rushingtl;dr a poorly made, poorly put together, very loud product that breaks with no discernible reason and the screen is wholly worthless because the error indicator it shows is not mentioned anywhere by Homvana, so the only possible conclusion we can draw is that it is an error caused by poor manufacturing, non existent QA

I love the amount to cool steam coming out and different colours. Read the user manual properly use distilled water and white vinegar to clean. I’m a first time user and these steps should be informed first 👎

The humidifier is easy to use helps my dry mouth and nose during the night .My only concern is that it that when I wake up in the morning my bedroom window is covered in condensation, I hope this doesn’t cause mold when the winter months come.I wish I had kept the packaging to send it back or exchange it for a smaller one just incase this one is to big for my small bedroom. I would like to update my review as Amy a customer service agent contacted me and ask if I would like to try a smaller Homvana humidifier to see if it would make a difference to my window condensation which was very kind of her . I accepted and what a difference it made and even though it is smaller it still has the same effect as the larger one needless to say I’m more than happy with it . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️now given and big thanks to Amy for advice and the company for contacting me

This is my third humidifier, and is absolutely the best. It's compact yet will run all night. It cleans super easy, no problem getting everything dry. This is very, very quiet. The extra choices of colored lights, or completely off, are wonderful. It is totally dark when sleep is chosen. Easy to fill, easy to clean, totally quiet, and totally dark. Absolutely wonderful!!
A Breath of Fresh Air!
What really sold me on this humidifier is how quiet it is. I’m a light sleeper, and this thing doesn’t make a peep. It runs so quietly that I sometimes forget it’s even on. The cool mist is refreshing, especially during dry weather, and I can adjust the mist level depending on how dry the air feels. Plus, it’s compact and looks good on my nights and nothing too bulky or distracting. If you need a humidifier that’s easy to use, runs quietly, and just does its job without fuss, this is definitely a solid pick.

I Bought this for my kitty who has frequent allergy & respiratory flare ups. This vaporizer is wonderful!The 2 swivel adjustments on the top for directing the steam is awesome!! And this one does not saturate the floor with moisture like my old one did. It's easy to clean. Has a timer, lo -hi settings, and colored lights, or sleep setting for no lighting. My cat loves it and we enjoy it too☺️!!
