We all know that Hellmann's is the original & best Mayo on the market. If you didn't know, well now you do. Ever since the events of 2020 and following years I have been more in favour of ordering items in bulk. It is a great peace of mind to have lots of an item you know you will use and not worry about running out anytime soon. I've received these 8 bottles in January 2024 and they are all dated October 2024 so it gives me over a month per bottle to consume, and of course I no longer have to shop for Mayo for the rest of the majority of the year!As far as being the "Light" variety goes, I personally cannot taste much of a difference either way, but this variety being a bit healthier is certainly a bonus. Regardless I find this Mayo and all Hellmann's Mayo's to be a welcome addition to foods when & where wanted.Now, the squeezy bottles I confess I'm not 100% keen on. I generally prefer the glass bottles but hey - I'm not going to knock a star off of the review because I'm not so keen on the squeezy bottles. I still ordered these and I knew what I was getting. So dear reader, if someone knows what they are getting (including an aspect they are not too keen on), orders it and gets what they knew they were going to get - who is to blame if they are not 100% sastisfied? Is it the orderer or the manufacturer? I'll take it on the chin, it's my own fault not the manufacturer's and that's why I'm giving 5 instead of knocking one off for 4.

Hardly much to say about the age old condiment mayo, is there? It's great for sandwiches and all other stuff, the light version here isn't that different to the stuff i'm used to (never tried light before) to the point where my family didn't even notice it was light mayo until they'd looked in the fridge the day after dinner! I struggle to see myself getting through all of this before it's expiration unless I get really into potato salad or something, however for mayo LOVERS (I'm talking every single meal) / bigger households this will be a great shout for you.

As with all these types of products you'll probably know it isn't the normal product, but this does a great job of hiding it. When it is on the plate you wouldn't know there was any difference. Flavour you can tell, but then that is at least in part because I know it was the low fat version.The box arrived with 8 in a box. I don't think the box is really up to the job as when lifting it out of the shipping box they all fell out. Not really an issue, I just stacked them away... but if you're wanting them to stay in the box neaty they may well not.If you're looking for a lower fat option then this is a great alternative. If you don't tell people I suspect many would never know.

I think this is really nice. It doesn't taste like it's lower in calories yet it is. Now i don't need to feel so guilty for liking generously sized dollops of this stuff accompanying my chips. It's a great mayo.

Great flavour and good reduction in fat over the full-fat version. Bottle is easy to use and the lid allows for upside down storage to ensure there's always some mayonnaise at the end.At the time of ordering, it is priced at £28 which works out at £3.50 per bottle. A pack of 1 is currently for sale on Bolo at £3.30, so I'm not sure why anyone would buy this to be honest. You should get better value the more you purchase, that's just basic economics. I'm aware this may change over time, but not good to list a new product at a high price.

Needless to say, the quality of Hellman's mayonnaise is of the highest quantity. This light mayonnaise is made with 100% free range eggs and reduced fat (65% less fat than its original recipe). Despite low fat content, it maintains the amazing smooth taste and creaminess of the original 'Real' mayonnaise. It is formulated for maximum healthy benefits, so it is free from artificial colours and preservatives. Apart from serving with chips, it can be used on salad, sandwich and burger. I would like to recommend to store it in fridge after it is opened to extend its shelf life. It came in a pack of 8 x 580 ml mayonnaise bottles. The handysqueezy bottle is easy to use and perfect for sharing.

My husband usually buys the standard Hellmans but this is nearly as good, in a sandwich or for dipping you don't really notice the difference. It's nice to feel like you're being a bit healthier!They could have done with better bulk packaging as the box they were in was in tatters when it arrived, however the bottles are quite strong so there was no spillages or issues with the mayo.The shelf life is quite good, would be a challenge for our small family to get through in 10 months but if you were buying together with family or friends you could just share them.

I eat egg mayonnaise sandwiches regularly, and normally I use my wife's Tesco Light Mayonnaise. That one has a bit of a bitter taste that I'm not that keen on. I much prefer this light mayonnaise from Hellmann's. It has a slightly sweet, mild, creamy taste that I find goes perfectly with my eggs. I'm very happy with it, and I think I'm now done with Tesco Light Mayo.I was pleased to see that the Best Before date was reasonably long - I have a little over nine-and-a-half months to munch my way through the required number of sandwiches.The only niggle I have with these is that the bottle is quite tall. My wife's Tesco Mayo is in a shorter bottle that conveniently fits on a shelf on the fridge door, which leaves the main shelves free for other food.
