As mentioned tge zip seems odd on the opposite side but apart from that it's a great lightweight coat, will buy another in navy soon..love the zipper pockets as I am allways losing things..

Jacket is very well made. Zip side and inside pockets, good zips. Feels like it should cost more.Size Medium which fitted perfectly, 6'2". Fairly slim. It's much better than I expected. 100% satisfied. I normally buy Berghaus, but this is 25% of a lightweight Berghaus jacket. I have now discovered that because it's not gortex, you sweat buckets. I did a normal walk for me, just a couple of miles, when I got home my back was soaking wet with sweat. Do fir a quick light shower jacket it's fine, but if you intend walking in it, just be aware you will sweat. I don't normally sweat like that at all.

The jacket itself, good quality and versatile... The zip is super awkward to use as it's on the wrong side, I had to double check I hadn't ordered a woman's jacket.

Initially ordered size L (my usual size for shirts and jackets) but found sleeves too short and the overall fit a little on the tight side. The XL was a perfect fit.It's water resistant as was proved in a recent downpour! The jacket fastens the opposite way to a normal men's jacket but that is a trivial difference that takes little time to get used to.Happy with pockets and the zips. By the way, the zips are all metal so not liable to come unfastened as can happen over time with the plastic ones.Love this jacket! (Other colours are available!)
