Well packed and delivered on time. Very easy set up, under 10 minutes, (RTFM).... engineers n developers will know what I mean.Unpack - Remove transport tapes, power up, install ink (Clear solid click in place), Follow "HP Smart" instructions and it easily switched old printer too new with no errors. Clear test print, good solids, sharp lines, no bleed of solids on graphics and sharp fonts on all sizes, well aligned, quick enough for my use.I'm low usage, anywhere from 0-80 prints a month...... For £40 odd it's a good reliable easy bit o kit.

Tips:1) unbox2) mains connected to printer and pc nearby3) download Hp app- laptop and or phone4) connect wirelessly - flash blue light on wifi logo and the x button (ps: the WP password is on the inside of the printer as you open the ink cartridge door (8 digits)- enter to connect5) insert cartridges6) test print via the app on device- scan etcPrints super clear and Shari, quality good, looks slick and functions easy once your used to the printers buttons (the manual helps)

I liked the printer but have been unable to print from it.I have installed other printers, the last also being an hp printer, but this has completely defeated me.I have tried to access support and have found this impossible also.I find the the process of returning the machine seems simple and reluctantly I may have to do that.A printer I can't get to print is not a lot of good to me.Since first review, I made further efforts to find a way to have a working printer. I really didn't want to return it.I found a programme to take me step by step through the process of installation, and this indicated that I wasn't connected to wi-fi, but I should try moving my printer nearer to my lap top.This I did and the 8' move across the room to a position next to my lap top means that my printer now works. Great.

Arrived promptly, took me a while to open box because I was dreading setting it up - I am not technically minded at all. However, it was OK. You download the app to your phone and it is relatively straightforward, working from both my phone and also my tab wherever I am in the house. I have also been able to use it to scan in documents.Overall pleased with my purchase.

I bought this WiFi printer a few days ago, and it’s easy to set up. If you find it hard, there are lots of YouTube videos to help. However, the ink runs out quickly. I printed about 38 double-sided pages, and now the ink is almost gone. They do offer a free ink trial, which is helpful. I noticed there’s no automatic double-sided printing, so you have to print the odd pages first, then print the even pages. The scanner works well, and it has all the features you need. The only issue is the ink, but overall, it’s okay.

This is a great printer with cartridges for the price, so easy to set up from your phone with the app and also printing is easy through the app.

Well ordered and this took me 2 hours to set up. I got everything connected but still it wouldn’t print!!So rang hp customer services and very helpful. She got me all sorted. Had to switch my phone off and on and disconnect cable. Then it worked. Then she sorted out my laptop. Got IP address and all good to go. But if you aren’t IT minded it is harder to do. But don’t give up it only took me 2 hours 🤣🤣🤣
