Decent enough build quality. Easy pairing to use. This is supposed to be a label maker, I don't understand why it needs an app that wants and needs access to the phone to pair with the machine. It's different if it's for analytics or improvement of the software/firmware but to require access to pretty much every data on the phone is a bit WTF.Sometimes prints are not centre - equal margins all around

Printer started working fine, but stopped charging at some point and won't show the status light or connect anymore. Going on the app is simple to use, but the support and help section is God awful. I've tried several times to submit a ticket, but their replies get refreshed and I have to start over. Buy at your own risk

The printer was great. Ideal for pricing items at our fund raising stall. It took a short while to work out how to design the labels but that's to be expected. I can see it having lots of uses - great wee printer.

Can’t believe how small it is and how handy it is to use, 2 seconds to connect your phone and you can make virtually any sticker you want, photos slogans etc….Very very happy with my purchase

The media could not be loaded. Such a handy machine, my husband has one with no issues but I think I have a faulty one. I've uploaded a video to show that the printer keeps feeding the stickers either incorrectly or feeding back through despite trying to either print a single or multiple stickers. I'll have to return this one and get another. I'll definitely get another though as they're actually so good, prints very fast on the rectangle ones, it's just mine I think.
Amazing product
It is my first thermal printer, the machine is small hand held. The app is so easy to use. The print quality Is super. The price is also lowest among my search. Great product great buy.
Small and works great
Live the size. Can't do as many fun and cool things as some of the other units but this is a great price and the labels are a perfect size. Arrived fast and was easy to use.

Wordt mooi geprint
We hebben het toestelletje nog maar enkele dagen in gebruik, maar onze eerste bevindingen zijn dat het mooi print en vele mogelijkheden heeft. We zijn nu nog op zoek of het ook mogelijk is om het te koppelen aan een pc of laptop, dus zonder een smartphone en app. Op een groter scherm denken we dat het makkelijker is om te manoeuvreren met de mogelijkheden.
