    Lovely quality, received it today, tried it out perfect. Lots of people complaining that straw is hard to use…I think it’s because it is too long for product. Shortened mine just at little and it works absolutely fine. Hope this helps your decision. Bought pink very pretty 🤩

    The straw doesn’t seem to work well at all, I’ve made sure it’s pushed in fully but when your drinking it feels like there is a hole somewhere. The lid is very light weight and feels like it could break easily

    Caught a very nasty virus on Christmas day and needed a hot drink to sip throughout the night (lemon and honey) for my sore throat and cough. The flask did the trick and not only that, it arrived quickly, a pretty pink and stayed hot, then warm for 12 hours. A bonus was the cleaning kit that came with it. Now I am better I am using it for a nice hot cup of tea !
