I bought this to replace a previous trimmer.I've found it to be really easy to use (once you sort out which blade guard to use where).The trimmer is very sharp, it quickly and easily trims down your hair, beard or body hair. The various guards and attachments makes it easy to shape your beard (if you have one) or keep the neck, nose and ear hair under control.There's a body hair attachment that works great for trimming down body hair without trimming down your skin, if you're brave enough to try it, it'll do your "bikini line" without cutting off any dangly bits.I haven't actually used the foil shaver attachment part of it, so I can't really comment on that but it does seem to be well made.There's a small trimmer attachment that's good for fine detailing of hair/ beards, if you like to do that kind of thing. I tried it out of curiosity and found it easy to use but I don't normally do anything that really needs it.Overall a great trimmer that's easy to use, holds a charge for a long time and is also quite fast charging.It's well made.Easy to change the attachments to suit your needs and has most, if not all the attachments you'll likely need... I can't think of anything I'd add to the kit.I should add a negative...The only thing I can think of is, I'd like the colours of the combs to be more contrasting, to make selecting the right one easier but not in anyway a deal breaker as they all have their sizes (in millimetres) on them.Glad I bought it, a quality product at a reasonable price.

Replaced my old Philips trimmer with this. I'm really happy with the battery and quality of the trimmer.The blades are more robust than the previous model and I expect it to last longer.Multiple clips and the blades does it's job. Pretty happy with my purchase

Does what is says on the tin. Well made & nice to handle. The trimmer was a lot quieter than my old device & the cutting blades worked efficiently.Only drawbacks in my opinion is the soft action power switch was easy to catch when using, so trimmer kept stopping when in use.My old (budget) trimmer had an adjustable head which was more convenient to use. I preferred this, rather than having to change heads for slightly different cuts.

Finally a trimmer that actually does do what it says. It works everywhere yes even down below. Easy to use relatively quiet charges quickly and holds it's charge well.Not the cheapest but IMO worth every penny.

Best battery on a rechargeable product I've ever seen - I trim my beard every other day, and after owning it for 7 months I've only just had to recharge it for the second time. Ignore the 1 star reviews from people who returned the product for being too easy to press the on/off button. Talk about nitpicking! I think I did it twice when I first got it - yes, it only requires a light touch, but just put your index finger in a slightly different position and it's fine. My only slight complaints are one or two of the attachments feel a bit flimsy, and I wish the beard trimmer went longer than 7mm for when you shave up instead of down, but otherwise I'm very happy.

So far I have found this device very useful and it does every thing I need from it very well. So up to now I'm happy, but the reason I have not given it 5 stars is that I've only had it 2 months and as is the case with all these kind of devices it's not just whether they work well but whether they continue to for a reasonable amount of time. If it's still working 2 years hence, then it will deserve top marks.

Decidí comprar esta recortadora de Philips para mi pareja, ya que yo había usado un modelo anterior y me fue muy bien. Esta versión no decepciona. Lo que más nos ha gustado es su versatilidad: es un kit completo que sirve para el cuidado del cabello, la barba, e incluso zonas más delicadas como nariz y orejas. Su uso tanto en seco como en húmedo es muy práctico, especialmente si prefieres usarla en la ducha. Se siente robusta y bien construida, y todos los accesorios que incluye son muy útiles. También viene con una funda que ayuda a mantener todo en su sitio. En general, es una herramienta eficaz para quienes buscan mantener su apariencia impecable en casa sin complicaciones. Muy recomendable para quienes valoran la calidad y la practicidad en una recortadora.
