    Works for me, more energy after taking it. Taking it after having only a carb shake first thing in the morning and you get really hot afterwards so I'd imagine it would help with fat burning if that was your goal but for me it helped to boost my recovery. You could see the HRV going in an upward trend on fitbit. Great price, easy to swallow.

    The media could not be loaded. This is a great supplement. It gives me more energy and helps to overcome fatigue every day.This one also contains vitamins and chromium, which makes it even more effective.L-carnitine helps with fat burning. Although I think it would take a bit longer to notice the effect.I feel more energetic and overall more active already though.The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant taste or smell.I'm really happy to have found this supplement.

    Excellent product and great service. They works in the background and combined with a good diet and various other supplements.Muscle fatigue is less and post recovery better. These are easy to swallow capsules and very well priced for the quality. Thank you.

    Arrived in good time. Packaged well. Little information on bottle. Ie it says 4 a day but do i take 4 in one go or seperatly with food. Ive chosen to have 2 with breakfast & 2 with dinner. They are very large tablets so a little hard to swallow. Also smell like chemicals. It's hard to say anything about health benefits at this stage as I've only been taking them for 2 weeks.

    It really works, but remember only with physical activity. The fat from the abdominal went away within a couple of weeks. I have more energy both in the gym and at work, I don't get tired so quickly.

    Nice packaging and prompt delivery. If this is helping you it's probably down to the secondary ingredients like vitamin D and the B vitamins etc, L- carnatine has poor oral bioavailability and the gut needs about 9-12 grams to absorb and do anything and you'd still only get a fraction of the effect that an L-carnitine injection would have intramuscularly. It didn't help with my fatigue at all and not worth all the hype, for the same price you could have B vitamin complex and vitamin D and have a years supply instead of the 30 day supply with this. Overall not worth the money.
