Light weight, good screen quality, touch screen, excellent screen size and great sound quality. Item was purchased for my Dad, who isn’t tech savvy but was able to navigate this Chromebook. He uses to watch movies on Bolo prime and Netflix; also downloaded Spotify and YouTube so he can listen to his favourite songs. Easy set up and connects to WiFi with ease and was affordable, as a last minute purchase.

Delivery was faster than expected and it was super easy to set up, was a little disappointed to find out certain apps cannot be downloaded such as the EA store, one of the reasons I bought an acer was because I’ve had an acer before and it was great for gaming, other than that it’s a great laptop and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a laptop to use for work or school, some games can be downloaded such as Roblox but anything that needs to be downloaded onto windows or Mac isn’t possible

It's a great little laptop like chromebook for anyone who needs it for web browsing, social media, office type of tool for documents. It's super light weight, the battery lasts for a long time, it charges up in a matter of an hour or so and it's fast. It's 5 stars for me because it meets my needs.

I love this chrome book. I don’t play computer games or do a lot of downloads so the amount of memory on this is just fine. It is easy to use and a nice sturdy quality. Well worth the price, am very pleased.0

Having had an Apple iPad for a while, I decided to change to a Chromebook instead. I had done some extensive research into which was the best one out there for the budget I had at the time. This one came in just under £200 which was ideal.The Acer Chromebook is very easy to set up, the instructions were clear and concise as soon as your turned it on. The screen is sharp and videos watched on YouTube look good. The sound is probably the only let down because it sounds very tinny. But, if you put a good set of headphones in then that should sort that issue out.It is incredibly lightweight as well. Laptops of old used to leave your legs feeling dead after using them they were that heavy. The battery life is amazing! I only use it in the evenings and It still has plenty of battery charge left after 3 or 4 days. Charging doesn't take long either, roughly 90 minutes until it's at 100%. Less if you're charging with higher battery life left.When doing your research look at when the automatic updates finish. Thankfully, I will continue to receive updates up until 2026. Which is more than enough for me.I can highly recommend this Chromebook if you're on a tight budget. If money is no object then are some really good ones out there to.

Absolutely awful machine. If you’re going to shell out £200 you may as well get one of the reasonably priced laptops you can get on here. Slow, laggy, devoid of most of the useful apps, constant crashes, start up issues, compatibility issues, the list of problems is large. The only positive is the screen is nice and large. Seriously, the worst machine of its kind I’ve ever bought. Save your time and money and avoid
