This is an EXCELLENT Mattress Topper. The platform beds in ROI are extremely hard and uncomfortable; like trying to sleep on wooden boxes. This mattress topper is the ONLY mattress topper soft enough to allow us to wake with absolutely NO back, hip or shoulder pain. This is a wonderful product and well worth the money!!

This is the best mattress topper I have ever bought. I am delighted. It's so comfortable and I have had the best night's sleep in ages. After opening the topper I laid it on the bed and allowed it to puff up and expand, this is important.I highly recommend this mattress topper.

Our ageing but expensive super king divan bed bases failed after some time although the mattresses appeared fine but needed the sprung bases to provide the extra comfort, as we had bought a oak furniture land super king wooden slatted bed the comfort had gone somewhat.So we gambled with this mattresses topper but had to get ultra deep sheets etc to fit properly which we have yet to use. What a difference this has made it is more comfortable than the original bed as was 1/2 was soft and the other medium but never felt like this, no pressure points and it's like being on a cloud. I cannot comment on durability as yet but so far has saved us spending £1500 to £3000 to replace the mattresses as was or better. The item came compressed with the mattress protector already fitted. We made space in the front room to allow it to expand which you really must. We allowed 3 days and it didn't seem to be expanding any more so with some help from my sons we managed to get it upstairs and fitted ( it is heavy and may need 2 people to move) As it stands we've been using it for a week and according to my Galaxy watch my sleep has gone from need better to excellent and very good and that's with a CPAP machine strapped to my face. In conclusion this is an excellent buy and do not regret it, I just now have to see about it's durability, otherwise if you need extra comfort this could well be the answer.

I've had the single size and it was excellent, so bought the same for my King Size. Despite being vacuum packed, this looks like it's been used before or at the least, damaged. It has pulls in the cover as shown in the photos. Not the biggest fault in the world but at best, this is new, it isn't cheap and once already damaged, these pulls will only become worse. Worst case scenario, someone has already slept on it.These are HEAVY and cumbersome to handle and mobility issues mean it was extremely difficult to get out of the packaging and onto my bed. I am never in a million years going to be able to get this back in the box it came in to return.I am SO disappointed. I purposely had a quiet day today so I would be able to manage putting this on and having a comfy sleep 😪

I receved this topper a couple of weeks ago,the reason for buying is i have fibromyalgia and have back and hip pain,i found the topper to be of good quality but the cover that goes over the memory foam was no way near as quilted and padded as it does in the photograph i even tried to puff it up a bit in the tumble drier on cool,on the 4th night night at about 3am i had to get my husband to take it off as i was in so much pain every nerve in my hips and back was screeming,its just too firm for me i even tried it with my merino wool pad over the top instead of the matress protector,also i recieved the topper on the 8th of August and the send back date says 10th of September,it says on the info that they are so confident in their product that they give you a 60 days to send it back ive only had it 30 days nearly now?

This is a lovely mattress topper! It arrived a day early which was a nice surprise, and it has eased my partners back pain a lot! It was easy to set up as it unrolled and aired out within a few hours. The thickness and size is lovely for joint pain too! No more painful hips. Would definitely recommend, does the job.

and truly I'd never be without it now... its been on bed since the 8th and it's not even slid of bed once exstreamly happy.... And I'm really bad sleep figit lol and on top of everything else the this super comfortable and just anuf additional mattress to remove the feeling I'm on the slats of the bed and sleeping alot better good thickness quality and stays on bed all u need really

I have been sleeping on this for a month with my (pretty old) spring mattress. It is a GAME CHANGER. it feels like a memory foam mattress. It is pretty firm, so I would only recommend if that works for you. It puffed up right away. The only thing is it’s a little big for my bed. I got a full size and it hangs over the edge about an inch. My sheets still fit around, and I have a large comforter so it hides it. Definitely looks weird when the comforter is not on
Great mattress topper!
After reviewing several what seemed like 1000's of reviews and ads, I choose to go with the charcoal grey colored set in king size.It arrive fast! The set was well packaged! The memory foam itself was well wrapped and took about 1 minute to unwrap. For the decompression part I placed the memory foam outside on our porch rail and in under 5 minutes it expanded to a little over 2" thick.Note:Now mind you, the outside temp was near 100°. The heat definitely helped the memory foam topper expand rapidly!The padded part of the topper is very soft and fluffed without issue.The combination of the two made our 4 year old uncomfortable hard memory foam mattress a joy to sleep on again. I actually get a get a great night sleep. No more tossing and turning. No more waking up with back pain or hip pain.Would I purchase this mattress topper set again? You bet I would! Its worth every penny I spent!

Feels like sleeping on a cloud
This is the most soft, comfortable and luxurious mattress topper. It feels like a dream when you slip in between your sheets. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.
Dang, this foam topper really does work!
Take a 37-year-old mattress, add this foam topper + the cloud-like pad on top, then place an all cotton mattress pad on top of that, and then a nice fitted sheet, and you have a winner.At first I thought this foam topper felt a little " too hard" - but after a couple weeks, I can feel my body "slightly" molding to everything. There is no "dipping" down or sinking feeling, but rather it feels like there are some soft curves gently surrounding my body. I'm actually impressed.I am glad I was patient for the topper "to break in" with my body type (5'7" tall, 145 lbs. for reference). Otherwise, I may have returned it after the first few days (again, because it felt almost too firm) - but now, it's just the perfect combination of firmness and softness.With that said, I am still going to experiment and place my 5-star hotel featherbed on top of this topper, LOL, because I've always wanted one! (I actually ordered two different luxury featherbeds over the holiday and expect them any day now. I will experiment and try both for a few nights sleep each.)It will be interesting to see if I even need or want a featherbed topper anymore. It actually won't surprise me if neither featherbed adds anything substantial to my now sound sleeping experience, as they may end up being "too soft" or "too hard" - and I quite possibly will miss how my Elemuse foam topper/pad seems to be the perfect feel for my body now. If so, I will ditch and return the featherbeds. Either way, the Elemuse topper stays!I'll update and let you know. But I can attest right now, this foam topper is good on its own!! But please remember, sleep on it for at least a week or two, and let the foam "break-in." ONLY THEN judge for your own body.Finally, if you're a "hot" sleeper like I am - see tip below:NOTE TO THE MANUFACTURER: Regarding advertising your natural and breathable "Bamboo" cloud-like pad that goes on top of the foam - PLEASE mention the actual fabric content amount - i.e. 40% Bamboo (viscose) and the rest is polyester. I was led to believe this pad was 100% Bamboo, the way you advertise. I had no clue the majority was polyester until I read the tag. Fortunately, I purchased beforehand a 100% cotton mattress pad (with no polyester), that I placed on top or your bamboo/poly pad - and yes, I sleep cool, but only because of what I did. Consider making your pad with 100% Bamboo (viscose). But please be upfront with your description, that your pad has both bamboo AND poly (40% Bamboo, 60% poly.) And for hot sleepers like myself, just cover with an *all cotton* mattress pad, and you will be fine! I was going to take off a star, but I decided not to ding your company, as your product is quality :-)
