    I bought this after some research into the effectiveness of the ingredients. I have an auto immune problem which gives me "brain fog" & I soon noticed that I was feeling better, thinking clearly & dealing with issues that seemed impossible before. Unfortunately, I also developed a herniated disc, which caused dreadful pain. The prescribed pain killers made me feel tired and irritable but I noticed that I in the mornings when I take the Lion's Mane, I was managing to get stuff done. I would definitely recommend this product. It's good value compared to other brands & is well packaged with clear and easy instructions

    Easy to swallow.Tried one a-day by 4th day noticed a difference in my stool motion being softer and more regular so i stopped and used only for 5 days as i had seen a video that said had same thing happen to them, then as suggested left off for two days to see what happens. Will update if any differences. My brain does feel calmer and more alert though.

    First time trying lions mane…going thought the menopause had been a nightmare for the brain fog it’s horrendous, until I was told to give this a try, wow it’s really has made a difference not stumbled over my words as much and feel like I’m remembering more, this is definitely one I will keep on taking. They are easy to swallow.
