The first one I bought had a small hole in it. Plus an area that looked weak and would soon open into another hole. The 2nd one was perfect. Overall I was satisfied with what I got for the price paid. Good size and adult fit. Easily folded and stored for future use.

It was disappointing when the package arrived, the flat, folded contents hardly looked like a hat. But after unfolding it, stuffing the cone with tissue, and carefully gluing the buckle and strap into the best position it was transformed into an excellent hat, that really looks the part. Only ten minutes to get it right, then left it overnight for the glue (Evostik) to dry and harden fully.It fits me (Big bloke) and my younger daughter, and was a very popular gift. It really looks the part, like a stage prop. Recommended!
