5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to set up

I love my new Fitbit. Reminds me to exercise and recording my heart rate, which I find interesting. Helpful when walking fast !! I have signed up for the premium account for 6 months so I can take advantage of the coach apps . Good value for money and I have changed the display several times till I now am happy with the look. Not sure about the ECG , it does say not to relie on it being a medical aid.Function Well and once loaded the app on my phone can see all sorts of things. Sleep patterns etcLots of different features that you can choose to leave on the app or remove. Battery life is long and only takes 2 hrs to go from 15% to 97%

After making do with my Charge 3 fitbit, which although still collecting data had stopped displaying anything on screen and finally stopped charging, I decided to get a new model and chose the Charge 6. It was easy to set up using the app on my phone, updating software etc. I like the new display, easy to see the time, and data collected. It keeps prompting me with great regularity to get up and move, which must be a good thing. Oops just done it again - apparently I have 39 steps to go to reach the magical 250 steps in an hour :)I like the new strap design, a press on knob rather than the usual buckle fastening, and the end tucks into and behind the strap meaning nothing to catch it on.The Charge 6 collects data and it is novel to now be able to see SpO2 level and more heart data. It does what I want - collect and display steps taken, and prompts exercise. Now I really must get up and do those 39 steps to keep my fitbit happy. What's not to like?

Upgraded my beloved Charge 2 last year to a Lux and somehow felt slightly underwhelmed like something was missing. So I decided after a year to upgrade back to a Charge. Somehow I’m still slightly disappointed. The screen is lovely - bright and responsive. Its a nice size on the wrist and feels comfy. It tracks what it should, though I have to continually force it to sync with the app.Battery life is great. But it doesn’t feel like an upgrade from what my Charge 2 could track fitness wise.It doesnt track floors.I have now found it wants to be an apple watch and no longer quietly tracks my dog walking - it knows I’ve started but it cant auto stop? Unless I remember to say i’ve finished otherwise it will track me forever more. What!?I tried an apple watch for a couple of months and the reason I didnt get one was the ridiculous size, the ridiculous price and the fact that for such an expensive bit of kit it should be able to automatically detect what I’m doing and when I’m doing it - instead of asking me if i want to track my walk. Because if I dont then it wont! Why is fitbit trying to be apple? This is my greatest gripe. I picked a fitbit because I wanted a fitbit. I dont need youtube or wallet - though a map might be useful.I’ve raved about my Charge 2 for years but now, since Google have taken over i’m just not that impressed anymore. If apple did a small watch now I’d be more tempted to jump ship!Dont get me wrong - its a great bit of kit, especially if you are new to fitbit. If you’re not you may be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars No longer Brilliant even with 6 months free on Premium

Update battery life is awful already replaced it once now the replacement is doing the same was at 20% and in no time drained right down to 3%. I Bought to check my heart and sleep and it is helping me to keep a history for my medical practitioners. It is really great has a lot of info and settings and if you need it a coach and fitness part to it, worth £7.99 a month when 6 months ends if you can even use it when 6 months is up great if need to lose weight, get fit or even just monitor yourself. Very light on my wrist itched a bit at first but after a week is ok and just the right size not too big or too small. All that said having to contact again due to this watch battery being awful. Fitbit is being phased out also I read today 1st October that is why they are being sold of cheaper.

1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed

I bought this as a birthday present for myself in Jan 24 and was initially very pleased with it. However, now I’m having to charge it at least 4-5 times a week, the colour is coming off the watch so you can see the silver metal underneath (I have not done anything which may have scraped it - plus it’s a black watch so it’s especially visible) and it’s not accurate, especially the sleep monitor function (which was one of the main reasons I bought this one). I contacted Bolo who gave me the email address to contact Fitbit, after explaining the issues and for the price, I expected better and it for not to start having problems after 6 months (which is when I first noticed it). There are other issues including it not tracking properly and not connecting to message alerts, just doing it randomly when it wants to! Fitbit got back to me and said these issues aren’t covered under their 2 year warranty. I really expected better from such a big company like Fitbit and from Bolo in dealing with my problem. My mum had a Fitbit that lasted over 6 years with no problems and only bought a new one recently as the strap broke off her watch and it couldn’t be repaired. It looks like the quality was better 6 years ago than 6 months ago. Also once your free Fitbit premium has run out and you have to pay, what you get from the watch reduces and goes downhill even further! With even less accuracy than previously. I never spend this sort of money on a watch but wanted to get fitter and make changes to be healthier. You can’t connect to your own music and change tracks etc, you can only use YouTube music, which you have to download a separate app and pay for! This wasn’t clear in the description (as well as others I could mention) when I bought it. It let me add my bank card but then deleted it off the watch by itself, so I can’t rely on that feature. The watch strap is also rubbing so much on my wrist, I have to take it off and put cream on to soothe it. I’m not allergic to anything and have never had a problem with wearing a watch of any sort on my skin before. Safe to say, all I’m using this watch (when I can!) but won’t be buying a Fitbit again. I thought going with the well known brand would be better than a cheaper option. I was wrong!

    Works Well

My prior Fitbit Charge 4 was great but the battery got weak after many years of service. I'm giving it to my brother to use. This Charge 6 has not of nice new features. Larger text is great for my old eyes. I was easy to update my phone app. The price is right and it works well.

Für mich ist diese Uhr ausreichend. Es gibt zwar ein kleines Manko das Akku hält nicht so lange wie beschrieben.
