    Excellent works as expected, also good for the bedroom you can set it just to work through the day and not at night, so you are not disturbed by the release of fragrance while sleeping. Great price great product & if you shop right the refills are only £1

    TIMER DOES NOT REGISTER THE TIME IT IS SET TO WORK. EXTREMELY HARD TO OPEN TO INSERT BATTERIES OR A CANISTER.

    I've held back on writing a review as it wasn't working properly and I was giving the seller a chance to resolve the matter but they haven't.The Bolo page does state you will need to provide your own batteries which was fine, it take 2 x AA batteries. It says nothing about it not coming with even an initial refill so when it first arrived, I couldn't use it. It states aerosol capacity 300ml and then I looked, these were virtually impossible to get. I ended up ordering one of the 250ml refills which Bolo suggested but fragrances were limited. These did actually fit just right but were a bit pricey, especially as I had to buy them in a pack of 4.Once in, I waited, and waited, and waited..... Nothing! I knew the batteries were fine as one of the lights was on, the main mechanism to squirt the spray also worked as if i manually swapped the timer switch, it triggered it to work. But no matter what timer setting it was on, it then wasn't respraying. I contacted the seller but after the initial acknowledgement, all I got was a couple of blank messages (as if to record that they were responding but weren't actually typing anything!). I ended up dismantling it to check for loose connections. I'm not sure how I managed it but somehow it did start working although I don't think the timings are anywhere near as frequent as they are supposed to be. Plus, the lights would not line back up so they are now just hidden inside somewhere.I wouldn't mind so much if I needed up with a faulty product which was then promptly resolved by the seller but when they ignore me, I am not impressed. The one star is for the faulty product, zero stars for the seller!

    This is disappointing because the refill is not included. It’s clear in the details that batteries are not included but it’s only when you get the box that you realise there’s no canister in there. When you look to get one they are sold in packs of 6 which is fine for a business but not a home. It also makes it a very expensive air freshener and perhaps they last for ages but I don’t know as not willing to spend the amount needed to get the refills.
