5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable & good value
Decided on this chair as it was a similar style to one I was replacing after I couldn't swap out the gas strut. As some people mention, putting it together can be a little tricky, but I found this only where connecting the base to the back section. You may have to apply some pressure to the plastic to get it to line up to the screw holes, and then there's the issue you often see with chairs where the fabric might cover the holes when you've barely enough light to see through to the base as it is.Once it's together though, it's a nice chair to sit in and although the lumbar support might look unusual, it's nice.
4.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable
The seat is difficult to attach unless you leave all the bolt's loose and tighten after assembly
1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy!
I rarely write reviews on Bolo but this chair has been a struggle from start to finish. Firstly, it is almost impossible to assemble - the holes for the top and bottom parts don't line up so I had to settle with screwing in only 3 holes.Secondly, the lumbar support massive and cannot be adjusted hence leaving no support for the upper back. Ultimately this leads to poor posture and back pain.I have tried for weeks to get accustomed to this chair and give it a fair shot but there's no winning.Until the manufacturer resolves some of these issues, I would strongly recommend not purchasing.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for WFH
the chair is really nice and comfortable. The Lower back support is a good initiative and it’s good value for money .The seat assembly required 2 people . It wasn’t the easiest to be honest. And also, there is no headrest, but overall, I highly recommend this product
4.0 out of 5 stars Chair is vvv good but the holes to put the bolts in is terrible there not very lined up well
Would definitely recommend the Chair especially with the discount voucher I paid £40! The chair is vvv comfortable as well the only issues I would say is the alignment on the bolt holes is not very good at all
5.0 out of 5 stars Very Impressive.
Great new office chair and very comfy. Assembling it was a bit of a fiddle, but no major drama either. Once set up, it's pretty solid! The lumbar support is a welcome relief on my lower back, especially for those long work hours. It fits right into your back curve and is a god send. The mesh back? very breathable, which is great for extended periods at the keyboard.I'm loving the flip-up armrests - they're a neat touch for saving space. And the adjustable tilt lets you lean back comfortably without feeling like you're going to tip over. The seat height adjustment is handy too, making it easy to line up with any desk. The chair feels sturdy, rolls around smoothly (even on carpet), and feels robust enough to take my bulk, so it's pretty robust.Overall, a solid office chair that is way ahead of its competitors for the price. it's a comfy, practical choice for a home office. Definitely worth the minor assembly hassle!
2.0 out of 5 stars No instructions
Unpacked the chair but no instruction on how to assemble.
1.0 out of 5 stars The screw holes didn’t match up
This chair was very comfortable and an ideal size for my 6ft tall grandson. However when assembling it. I found that the screw holes in the seat did not match up. I have returned it hoping for a refund.
