5.0 out of 5 stars 5 Stars - Compact and Powerful!
The Bowfell soundbar exceeded my expectations! Despite its compact size, the 50-watt output delivers crisp and immersive sound, perfect for movies, music, and gaming. The Bluetooth feature makes it super convenient, and the EQ control allows you to fine-tune the sound just how you like it. Setup was a breeze with the multiple connection options (AUX, Optical, RCA), and the wireless remote is a nice touch. Fits perfectly under my TV and enhances the viewing experience with cinematic sound. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their audio without taking up much space!
4.0 out of 5 stars Good device for money and very pleased overall
Easy to setup, and sound good enough for most people whom are just trying to boost output from watching TV and computer. Connectivity very good for price but i do miss the HDMI and would pay a bit extra for that facility. But i have set it up with Optical and with plugged into TV microphone and both worked great as long as you remember to use remote to up and down sound. Different colour lights indicate what connection you are connecting through. Couldn't get aux cable enclosed to work but might be me or my old Sony TV. Bluetooth worked when i connected my laptop and played some tracks from You tube and MP3 on computer. Weighty but small in size and easy to keep cables relatively hidden if TV on furniture. Couldn't get Bluetooth headphones to work so assuming you have to pass sound to speaker and not pass TV or other input sound from speaker to them, didn't expect this to work for the price but tried it anyway. Also there are buttons on side of device should remote not work or you temporarily run out of batteries.Had to buy Pipestation optical cable as this is not supplied. These two fitted worked well together. We feel this device looks good, sounds good for what we want and does not dominate the living room.Only minus is i do miss the HDMI. Good product for the price point and overall we are pleased with it.Sorry i forgot to mention there is a USB connection as well. Played with it a bit more and found you can control volume with TV control if you have it plugged into TV Microphone socket (Green light on). Also in considering what you are getting for the money i would have liked to have given it 4.5 stars or 9 out of ten if Bolo allowed this scale.
5.0 out of 5 stars Big sound, small price, great quality

5.0 out of 5 stars Great little sound bar!
Ok, first things first - if you are expecting a home cinema system kind of sound, this is NOT for you!I had to get that off my chest first as I've read so many reviews from people who seem to be expecting miracles! It's a small sound bar and it's 50w output - by comparison, my old 5.1 surround sound system was 600w! And that was nowhere near as powerful as you could get!Right, now that's all out of the way, I can review it properly. I bought this to go with a 40" skinny Blaupunkt TV in my bedroom. As with all skinny TVs, the inbuilt speakers were rubbish. I haven't checked, but they are probably between 5-10w output. This is fairly standard for most TVs these days. The truth is, the TV manufacturers EXPECT you to add on a sound bar/home cinema system, so they don't really care too much what speakers are built in. That's just a fact these days, sad, but true.On my other bedroom TV (23"), I had a 10w computer sound bar and that did the job great! But for this TV, I wanted a bit more 'oomph' so we could watch movies and get a more immersive experience. I read lots of reviews and checked the specs and decided to give this one a go, and I'm not remotely disappointed!I can't stress enough, keep in mind it is a SMALL sound bar! You aren't going to get earth shattering sound that shakes the walls! But for what it's meant to be, it does a brilliant job! My TV doesn't have an optical socket, so I just connected it via the headphone jack which works fine. I set the sound bar volume quite high, then use the TV remote to control the volume that comes out of it which works really well. You do need to turn the sound bar on with its own remote control, it doesn't automatically come on with the TV (not with mine anyway) but this is no issue for me. I have to do the same on my downstairs sound bar which is a different brand and is connected via optical cable, so I'm used to it.But anyway, the sound from it is great! Even at low volumes, it really is a vast improvement on the built in speakers, and at louder volumes it's perfect for movies when you want a bit more BOOM!! I have it stood behind the TV (I don't like them in front, just my personal preference) and it still sounds fab! I genuinely couldn't be happier with it!In a larger room, you would probably want something a bit more beefy if you like stuff REALLY loud, our downstairs sound bar is 80w with a separate subwoofer, but for smaller rooms and bedrooms, this is spot on!Like I said, don't expect miracles! If you want a great improvement on the general sound of your TV, go for it! If you want to feel like you're in the cinema, buy something bigger and more powerful! This does the job it's supposed to do at a great price. Five stars from me!
