    This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my 3 year old daughter. Probably our fault for leaving it to the night before, but I assumed it would be an easy build. However, the wood is so flimsy and cheap, it split so easily when trying to put the screws in that we had to drill another hole to put the screws in. Consequently, it meant that the wood split even more making the appearance of the house look run-down. Furthermore, even if the holes were fine, some of the screws just wouldn't go in easily and we had to use an electric screwdriver (which we luckily had at home) or we had to hammer them in. Either way, it should not have been so hard to fit a few screws in. Luckily, we made do and with some quick DIY, we managed to finish the house, ready to surprise our 3 year old. Would not recommend.

    Purchased these as a present for my granddaughters birthday. Package was delivered on time this morning. Items are packed well and are undamaged. Unfortunately there are parts missing, one set of legs from the bedroom set of drawers and a drawer from the kitchen set. Extremely disappointed. Contacted Bolo via chat regarding a replacement being sent out, unfortunately this was not an option due to the product being sold through a third party. So all that was available to me was a refund that was promptly issued by the Bolo team member who was extremely professional and polite in dealing with this matter.As for the quality of the items apart from the missing parts, they seem well made and sturdyAlthough they are miss advertised as wooden furniture as the majority of the items are indeed plastic with very small amounts of wood. IMO I would avoid purchasing so you don’t end up as disappointed as myself.

    I'm very pleased with this. Cupboards open, drawers open, all plastic but no sharp edges. I can't wait to see the grandkids play with this. Dolls do not bend, baby is soft and bends.Update: grandgirls love it! My 3 y.o. grandaughter easily snapped one of the heads off!! My husband glued it on again but it was surprising. Also it came with the oven door pushed in and we can't get it to move. It's plastic quality. Dolls are wood, kids wish the dolls would bend, for sitting.

    This is the cutest dollhouse. I did a lot of searching for the *perfect* one for my niece and I found this one to be on the Lower end of prices and also have the most floors/bedrooms and space. It was pretty easy to put together and is exactly as pictured/described. The only downside is the dollhouse people are a little odd and don’t really match the cuteness or style of the dollhouse but I swapped them out easily and the furniture is super cute. Wish it came with the patio swing as picture in the ad but that is sold separate. Other than that 10/10
