Weight is rather heavy but it's a very good pan with lid, quality is very much there and the non stick is amazing, easily washed and is now my go to pan

I'm extremely happy with this pan and found it to be fantastic with every meal I have made with it.It distributes the heat evenly and you can pack a lot into the pan. More than enough for when I've had guests over recently. The sides are deep enough to have at least six plus bowls worth of casserole for example.It's excellent at cooking several meats at once/browning meat; cooking large casseroles, strews & anything you would originally use a dish for. It's also oven proof up to 450. It's also pretty good for breaking down and making gravy with juices.As mentioned above it's massive, you'll see from my images that it over hangs the burner slightly. You need to position it sideways if using a back burner but you're better using it on a front so as you can use the back at the same time.What I really love is the fact it's super easy to clean and the colouring/design is identical to my Denby set. So I can store them together without it looking out of place.I have been using it now for exactly one month and I wanted to make sure no issues arose. I'm glad to report it's like new. Word of warning the lid handle gets hot.

This pen is amazing looking and you want to display it on your hub. All the time not just went in use. I have a standard induction hub so I'm always curious how many pans will perform. I've had pants that won't even work that claim to be induction. This one definitely works but I had to change my habits a bit. The pan is so thick that it takes longer for it to warm up and get as hot as other induction pans I've used. However, once it's warm and cooking it cooks very well, so at that point, you have to be careful not to burn something. I think this pan allows you to cook things a little bit slower, which is better and easier for the fo it's very easy to clean by hand. I've been very careful not to scratch it with any metal utensils and it just looks great. It is quite heavy which is expected. The handle stays cool to the touch for me. I have not yet used it in the oven. Recommended!

Ciara Beyond Cookware arrived securely packed and in perfect condition.I have been using this frying pan for a month and I’m really impressed! I have used it for all sorts of dishes and it is a superb pan!It’s really well made, it’s sturdy and heavy. The non-stick coat is excellent. It’s very easy to wash and dishwasher proof too.The handle does not get too hot and this heats up evenly. It’s large sized, which is perfect for family meals. I really like the design too!Overall, I’m well pleased with this pan.Highly recommended.

As soon as this pan was delivered, it felt like a premium item - the box and packaging are very classy looking and it's definitely well protected. I kind of wanted to leave it in the box because it looked so good :)The pan itself it fabulous quality - it's quite heavy and just feels so good to use - the lid fits perfectly, the handle is comfortable and strong and i=the carry handle on the opposite side all help to make it feel like a professional pan. Kind of looks out of place in my drab kitchen but I love it...I have an electric hob and had no issues with it working, the pan handle didn't get hot but the carry handle the opposite side did so I needed to use a tea towel to move it around. That carry handle is very useful though as it's a heavy pan so it helps to balance it out well when lifting or moving it.I used the tiniest spray of oil and it just seemed to cook better than normal, the heat dissipated throughout the whole base of the pan equally - there were no hotspots.As for cleaning, it literally wiped clean with no scrubbing needed in hot, soapy water.My only concern is it says to use it on low/medium heat to maintain the pan, then says it's oven safe to 450 degrees - seemed a bit confusing to me, but I used it on a high heat and had no issues at all.

This is a good quality, stainless steel sauté pan that has a ceramic coating that ensures food just glides easily away from the surface and, used in line with the instructions on a low to medium heat, nothing whatsoever sticks. Gentle care is the order of the day and silicone or wooden utensils are recommended along with hand washing; it is dishwasher safe, but hand washing will help keep this looking at its best and is so easy thanks to the ceramic surface that it really isn’t a chore. If any stains do develop, a baking soda paste should sort it out.The lid is a good fit and both pan and lid handles remained cool to the touch despite being on my induction hob for 20 minutes. It is suitable for all jobs, but recommended particularly for use with induction and electric; I suspect not gas because that is more likely to damage the underside of the pan that is coloured to match the rest of the exterior.It is suitable for hob to oven use and is a good weight for durability, but does feel quite heavy when full, which is when that extra handle on the side comes in handy so you can balance it in two hands.It is a good quality sauté pan that performs well on an induction hob. It is easy to handle even when very full thanks to the extra handle on the side and is also beautifully easy to clean by hand, looking like new again with very little effort.

Heavy duty frying pan
This pan is a perfect blend of functional and aesthetic. The pan is very sturdy and transfers heat well across the base. The deep well holds a large volume of food and the nonstick coating requires very little oil and releases well. The lid is flat, but vented, allowing steam to escape and the blue outer coating is very modern and sleek without being too flashy. The metal handle is strong and sturdy.I don't often deep-fry, so I have not tried it with deep frying, but based on the depth of the pan, that should work well. This pan is not cheap, but it is well-made and should last for a very long time with frequent use. Would make a wonderful wedding gift for a couple who really likes to cook.
