    I recently learned that if you don’t have the correct mineral intake, the water you drink can’t infiltrate your cells. So here I am on a new found mission to truly hydrate! So far so good!

    The media could not be loaded. The product comes in a cardboard box, inside the box you'll find 2x tubes of hydration tablets (10 in each tube). The product is currently £9.49 as off reviewing, making each drink just under 50p (£0.47)Personally, the taste is a bit "meh" but I guess this isn't what it's used for, I recommend using each tablet in about 350ml of water, any more and the taste isn't there, but a bitterness taste is. The drink takes about 45 seconds to fully dissolve, you can make this faster by breaking up the tablet - but this isn't really nesessary.The product does indicate that it is vegan friendly, making it suitable for vegetarians + vegans, huge benefit.I also wanted to try the product as a candy/sweet instead, and I have to be honest, it tastes MUCH better like this, I popped it in my mouth and the flavour was actually there, although I do not recommend anyone else to do this as it might give you an upset stomach.I like the drink, I don't know any of the sciency stuff behind it. so I can't attest to that - but it does feel like it wakes me up, 100% recommend product.

    These are great for taking on road trips or holiday - they’re small and compact and come in tubes of 10. Smaller profile than other well known rehydration effervescent tablets so easy to carry around.They dissolve quickly.Flavour is very mild - even in 200ml of water.I use these in my water bottle when I’m exercising or when I visit SE Asia and run the risk of dehydration.Good electrolytes and no nasty additives.Great value for money.

    The tablets came in two plastic tubes of 10 within a cardboard box. I like the fact that ‘One Hydration’ raises money to fund provision of clean water for people who otherwise would not have it. They are also a member of 1% for the planet so have good green credentials. The tablets dissolve easily in water and produce a pleasant tasting citrus drink (containing sweeteners). I am happy to use these, particularly when hiking on hot days. I wasn’t sure why they are in two tubes initially, but having two smaller tubes does make it easier to carry just a few with you.
