This arrived on time and was easy to put together. One of the upright boot holders has the internal thread pushed up inside the rod so it only just catches the screw and is not as secure as the others. I have tried to contact the supplier via Bolo but my only option seems to be returning the whole thing. All I need is one new upright. I will keep going and hope there is enough thread to keep it connected. Shame there is no option to contact the supplier and get one replacement part sent.

Unfortunately 2 of the uprights you use to put boots on snapped off when moving the rack from inside to outside. I can’t see how to contact the seller to get replacements for these parts.

Quality, Price & Style!
I purchased the large Farmhouse style boot rack due to the number of yard shoes I have. I am thrilled with the style, ease of putting it together, sturdiness of the rack and loved that the supplier included extra screws for both sizes as well as the tool needed to tighten the screws. The pictures don't do justice to the rack and it is not placed on my porch yet due to I am headed out to buy a boot mat to set it on :) Kudos to the seller for a wonderful product!
Beautiful
This is a beautiful and sturdy product. However, it is much larger visually than I anticipated so I had to return it. I live in AZ, and we don't have mud rooms or particular corners for a unit like this. But man, was it perfect!
Super cute
Very cute book rack. Not quite long enough for my knee highs but great for everything else. Easy to put together and holds together great. My cats also love sleeping under it.
1 star off bcus I just got it & top screws overlap
The media could not be loaded. The 2 flattering head screws that go into the top shelf- they over lap. The heads of them over lap. As cute & sexy as that sounds for THEM, setting your coffee or soda or any cup on it, as you get your coat & boots on to head out the door- would be disastrous. I really hope the company sends my 2 screws with smaller heads. This entire review sounds X rated lol. Anyways, It's clear from looking at the two screw holes that the top shelf connects into, That the proper screws wouldn't have had so small that they actually sink down a little ways. Mine bot only stay with the heads above land even screwed tightly (I'm sorry lol), but the heads overlap as well. And they don't go in any further. & I know for a fact that I'm using the right screws.Because only two come in the bag that are a little bit shorter with a little bit flatter of a head than all the rest. Anyways, I have to take this whole thing apart.Cause I'm moving soon. But I just wanted to see what it did before my thirty days is up.And with that I'd like to add that it's BEAUTIFUL & feels like quality. However My concern is that it is like one of those long skinny lamps with a base on them that always wind up being "Leaners" in under 6 months. You know what im talkn about YEAH YA DO! 😂 Weve all had those stick lamps at least in college lol.And its because ONE screw only goes in from the bottom to hold that whole tree stand up.Please watch my video on assembly so you know that the 2 aligning holes in the 2 ajoining pipes IS NOT to screw the little round plastic brace with the octogan tightening lever. It's confusing bcus the 2 holes DO match up! but the 2 black tightening braces with screws are NOT meant to go thru them aligning holes. I guess those aligning holes are just another way this entire pole setup is secretly sexy hahaha. But seriously wtac my video and you'll see which aligning holes I'm referring to.
