I found this cape to be a little lighter than I expected, but it has a great long length and flows beautifully in the wind, which totally amps up the spooky Halloween spirit! Plus, the mask is a fun bonus, making this combo worth the price. My son can't wait to wear it on Halloween and is already plotting some mischievous tricks!

I really wanted to like this but I’m very disappointed with the fabric and the shape.I’m conflicted with the review, as it’s really a one night thing - Halloween - so it’s not like it has to last for multiple wearings or anything. But still, it’s really not great.The listing is misleading in a couple of areas. Firstly it says “made of high quality polyester fabric” - there is nothing high quality about this, this is literally the cheapest fabric possible. Picture attached so you can see the thinness. It’s thin and flimsy and so lightweight ans static-y is really doesn’t drape. It’s also not going to fit if you’re particularly big. I’m a relatively small woman and it fits me just about right.Secondly, it says “the hood on the cloak is large and loose” again, not true, it’s actually a bit small, and I have trouble fitting it over my curly hair. I can imagine it not fitting if you were wearing a witches wig. The hood is also not a particularly good shape - it’s not the shape of the one the girl is wearing in the picture.The shape of the whole cloak is just an oblong pleated at the neck edge and fastened to the hood. No real shoulder shaping.The ‘mask’ is a cylindrical buff with half of it printed with the bottom half of a skull pattern.Urgh. I really wanted this to be good too, but the Halloween cape quest continues.
