Good small table with smart design. Bought for daughter. She is happy with it especially the charging point with socket and USB.Wood is MDF but with metal support makes bit more sturdy.Highly recommend for small spaces.

Simple Desk, Good Price
If you need something that’s not bad, fits in small spaces, and doesn’t break your bank - I recommend. Please, for the reviews that say assembly is a crapshoot…take it with a grain of salt unless you really have defective parts.As with putting together anything, it takes patience. Throw on some music and get to building. I never assemble my things, either my mom or brother has done it for me. This took maybe an hour by myself.The instructions are small. But read them. Lay out everything as it says and work through the steps. This may be obvious but for the less experienced like me, my advice to attach part a (the top) and part b (the top of the shelves section) is to actually lay them out as the instruction says and flip the desk over on top of it. I thrifts tried just putting them on top of the desk and going under to screw, that won’t work.So just flip the desk and be extra patient lining up the holes of each part. Place the screws just to hold it in place until all the screws are in and then tighten them. It ensures part a and b are lined up without a gap and hopefully will save you the frustration when the holes aren’t lining up with ease. It’s a fairly sturdy desk and fits in small spaces very well. The 47 in is actually plenty room for my laptop, iPad, book stand, and all sorts of other things I have on it for school and work.
Shaky & unstable-listed weight limit is completely false
I got this desk to hold a gaming PC that weighs approx 30 pounds (I actually weighed the item to make sure I got a desk that could hold it) & a monitor that weighs 9 pounds according to the description. This desk claims to hold the weight of these items & more with ease but within 3 months of owning this desk I can say it very much does NOT hold these items. After assembly it shook a little bit, but as time went on it began shaking more & more. I consistently checked the screws for tightness and made sure it was assembled correctly but it seems that the metal legs just cannot hold any meaningful amount of weight. One of them even appeared to start to bend outwards.Ended up needing to put my PC on the floor-which is exactly what I did not want to do, hence why I bought a desk that advertises that it can easily hold the weight.The quality of the wood is perfectly okay otherwise, the finish of the desktop is very nice. The color of the metal bars is nice as well, even and not scratched or discolored anywhere.For light use- meaning nothing of any sort of weight will be on here- this desk is great. But for items that weigh more than my 9 pound monitor, keyboard and mouse, I do not recommended at all.
Follow Instructions
The instructions could have been clearer. It did not say how to turn the pieces so that the pre-drilled holes would line up with the parts.Otherwise, it looks great and it is sturdier than I thought it would be.
