Yes I know this is processed but since removing refined sugars and fake sweeteners from the house I have been using this as a soul source of sweetening food. Obviously not great for tea and coffee but it lends a depth of flavour to dishes when cooking. I trust this single source brand above claims made by the major supermarkets, plus the sizing on this bottle is handy. Having visited Canada and had friends send me similar products this is as close as I will get to Canadian locally sourced. It tastes and feels of a high quality.

Very dark, rich and authentic Canadian maple syrup, which tastes great over pancakes, in your coffee, or in baking. It's also very versatile and is much better for you than refined white sugar, thanks to its lower glycemic index.
