I moved to a different city and had issues with my apartment and it caused me to have sleepless nights and I would feel horrible throughout the day. After taking these supplements for about a week it would put me to sleep after an hour of taking them. My nights were peaceful and I wouldn’t wake up again and go back to sleep I remained asleep. I’m currently trying find a higher dosage of magnesium just because I feel like after a couple of months I became a bit immune to its effects.

Arrived with open capsules and paid more for the same product I usually buy, just marketed differently. I.e. 1000mg per serving which sounds like one capsule, when it’s 2.

I have tried lots of suplements to help to get to sleep, but none of them is so effective as this one combined with melatonin. I've researched and I came across that magnesium is nice to help to relax while melatonin is a neurotransmitter to make you sleep. But, even if you use only the magnesium glycinate, it really helps to get asleep and improves your sleep quality.
